You'll just have to be patient; if it says "They get along very well", eggs will be coming. You're just not being 'lucky' at the moment.

I put a female Bagon and a male Charmeleon in the Daycare (both are in the Dragon egg group) and Get the "The two prefer to play with other Pokémon than each other" message. Why?

While it's true that both of them are in Dragon, Charizard's primary egg group is Monster. PH only counts the primary egg group for some reason.

How can we breed for a specific Nature? Do one/both parents need the same nature and holding an everstone like the games or is it another method?

I'm pretty sure you can't breed specific natures.

Title: Eevees in DayCare

I have 2 eevees - one male, one female - in the DayCare currently. Both are from different trainers and they have the 'these two seem to really get along' message. They've already produced 2 eggs, and that was hours ago. Will they produce again, and its just a matter of time, or do i have to switch out one of them for another eevee?
Looking for an Eeveelution, but don't have the money or resources to evolve it yourself? Want to buy an Eevee, but don't have the money? I'm selling Eevees and Eeveelutions for whatever you can afford. Only have the stone-evolving ones right now, but am Rumbling hard to unlock the Rumble Areas for the others. I'm buying Fire, Water, Thunder, Moon and Sun stones and Soothe Bells. I'm willing to take in your Eevee, evolve it for you and then send it back for a small fee.

It's just a matter of time (and luck). The chance of your Eevees having eggs is completely random, and there isn't any "limit" for how many eggs they can lay in a specific time period.

Breeding is one of the ways to get eggs that might hatch shinies.

Well, when I was breeding Cottonblus I did get Swablu eggs 90% of the time- hopefully you start getting Festival Ralts eggs, yourself.

Hello :^)

I'm breeding a Male Lucario Sensei and a female Lucario but it says
"The two seem to get along very well."
They have different OTs and have everstones attached.

Shouldnt it say
"The two get along very well" or something like that which ensures maximum chance of breeding? :3

No; the three (four) options are -
"They don't seem to like each other" (low chance)
"They seem to get along" (moderate chance)
"They seem to get along very well" (high chance)
It's the "very well" that shows your breeding pair is the best you could get; the "seem" is only because the DayCare can only base it on what he sees, he can't read the pokémon's mind ;) (and it's what they say in the main games)

There's also a fourth option, but it wasn't really related to the question ^^' -
("They prefer to play with other pokémon" (no chance))
