Honestly I don't see why we can't this year. The Wiki states we can but we can't. Either the Wiki needs up-dating or this should return.

Yes, Dream Points exist, but most of the tasks are much easier on computer

(Example: Coinflip and Interacting. Not everyone is good at Royal Tunnel either)
