I have noticed this bug for a long time but didn't post it... Maybe because I think that other people may have figured it out.
How to activate the bug:
1. Throw rod.
2. Wait for the exclamation mark above your head.
3. When the mark is above your head quickly click/tap pull rod twice
4. The minigame will pop up and after you finish the minigame it says that the pkmn has escape..... Repeatedly, even if you throw the rod it will automatically cancel because it will just say the pkmn has escape. To fix it reload the page.
That is it....

It might've been a bug or something but please fix...

This issue has now been fixed. The "pull rod" button now disappears immediately when you press it, so double-clicking it accidentally will no longer be a problem.
