You may have as many characters as you can handle.
I'm doing this for the sake of elders: 2-3 elders at the start of the roleplay, and throughout. Which means 2-3 different people will EACH have to play an elder. or, one person plays multiple elders, whatever.
NO special little snowflakes, mary-sues, or gary-stues. This counts for the Leader, as well. He/She will have to be just as vulnerable as the others, despite his/her nine lives, etc. etc.
PLEASE, don't overflow the rp with rouges, loners and kittypets!
Not every cat has to be hetero. But then again, not ever cat has to be gay. Diversify them. I know its a dumb rule.
