I got Pokemon that evolved at low levels, evolved with happiness then with a stone, and got Pokemon with a stone but finding them with the certain date of Dec 14th makes it kinda hard but not really

So something that has been really bugging me is when returning click backs and coming across someone with an empty party. why? T_T is to to purposely lure me to their fields? Its not like they just hatched a party and are working on refilling because this is the same people every day.

Also...I know this is a dumb question but is there a guide on shiny and albino hunting? I know you need the radars and stuff but then what? Do I just breed a pair that I want a shiny from and hatch only those eggs until I get what I am looking for?

and one last thing- does anyone know what "sending a nice" to someone is? I cant find it in the wiki. I am assuming its the same as liking or a thumbs up? But if so what is the point?

There is a lot of reasons why people keep their party empty:
1)They may be still looking for eggs in shelter
2)They hunting variant/exclusive and dont have eggs yet
3)Forgot to put pokes
4)They are busy

Also If you want some tips on shiny hunting pm me on PFQ
And nice is useless.
