"Not really, it seems like you have every thing we could need...
Didn't they have bags or something?"
Sincerly the Umbreon found it uncomfortable to go around a
labyrinth with two buckets full of berries and how long were they
going to be there anyway?
((I wont do any coding now and may take longer ro answer, because I
don't have internet or tablet /computer))
"So that means... You're a liquid ectoplasm of some kind...?"
The more this was being discussed, the more the Mienfoo got
confused. She decided that right now: pulling the Banette would be
the better idea. Rolling up her figurative sleeves, she began to
try and pull the ghost-type up. "Hang on sir!"
"They do?" Cell blinked, "Where? I couldn't find any." Maybe
it was something...Klang...or whatever had said. And he forgot
again. But whatever. It didn't seem like the Mienfoos were really
up to helping them out, so maybe it was better that he didn't
remember that sort of thing. "And dunno. 'Til we get tired or want
to sleep in a bed I guess. Isn't that how these exploring things
usually work?"
Bane started going back up, then a popping sound, as if from a cork
in a bottle, could be heard, Bane went up, and landed on the floor
where Yin was, Bane winced in pain, "The pain... the excrushiating
pain." He groaned, "Thanks Yin, I'm back up." Bane said. He just
smiled at Yin, well, of course it was kind of a smile, it's very
hard to tell.
"I could go ask one of them.."
Kya was about to answer the last comment of the Lucario.. they were
going to explore and come back if they were tired? Not what he had
in mind, but guess it was obvious.. right? Uh.. he better shut up
and go look for one of the mienfoos.
The Umbreon went back to the kitchen looking for the mienfoos (who
he guessed where there)
"You're welcome sir!" Though, she did look to where she had
pulled him out. The floor looked to be intact, for the most part...
Man this ghost-type business sure was confusing! "Oh, would you
like breakfast? I think most of it is still warm downstairs." Yin
gave him a bright grin.
Yang looked up from the coffee machine, arching a subtle brow at
the returning Umbreon. "Is there something you require, sir? The
coffee will be ready in just a moment, if you're waiting for it
like this gentleman over here." The other gentleman-guest being the
Druddigon, but the butler felt it unnecessary to point out the
obvious even more.
"You could. Or we could get this obvious adventure started
already." Cell muttered under his breath, watching the other
guy leave. This was going to be a thing, wasn't it? If he wasn't
mildly (see MILDLY) spooked by all the things the Mienfoo and the
Kingdra were saying about the Labyrinth: he'd have headed down by
himself already.
Kya tried to be kind "Umm.. yes"
He looked back to the druddigon just seating there, wasn't he going
to help or something? He was a little bothered but continued to try
being kind
"Have you got a bag or something?"
Bane nodded, "Yes please! I was planning on going downstairs. But I
was stuck in the floor, and going down would hurt more, because I'd
be stretched, and gravity would make that far more painful, ghost
types are by far, the most annoying type to be, I mean, who'd enjoy
going through walls, invading other's personal space, and
sometimes, going through them if you run fast enough, it's very
painful to go through anything, but I, once again, have no nerves!
Yet I feel pain. It's a weird thing, I don't get it as much as
being a fire type botanist, it just makes no sense."
That did sound painful--to her brain. The long-winded
explanation kinda went in one ear and then out the other, but she
kept on smiling nonetheless. Sort of. It faltered half-way through
the gravity bit and the 'more painful' thing. Yin assumed that
ghosts-types didn't feel pain, but here was evidence proving
contrary to that fact.
"Is it hard opening doors as a ghost, sir?" If you were alive once,
she didn't see why you'd have to act like a ghost 24/7. Like,
doors! They exist! They don't stop existing simply because you
stopped breathing and everything!
"We may be able to scrounge up some bags, though I doubt they'll
be of much use for very long. They've been re-used so often, they
are getting quite close to being tatters." The Mienfoo looked
apologetic as he wiped his hands with a wet cloth. "If you would
like to use them regardless, I will go searching for them right
this moment, sir!"
"Eh... I don't know, as a doll who was possesed by an energy could
have a hard time opening doors, it's hard already, but if the
energy knows how, then it's easy as pie, very difficult pie, but
pie, having only three fingers that is." Bane said, he was also
confused by his own answers, but he tried not to show it, "Then
again, I'm not a ghost, it was a curse that possessed me, I'm a
ghost type, but I believe that I shouldn't be a ghost type, but
that's just what Arceus chose for my species."
"So energy can...make you do things?" Weird. But it's not like
she ever read a book on ghost-types, so who was she to judge? "I
guess so. But if you're just a curse, does that make you a person
at all? Sir?"
Existential questions were not part of her usual repertoire. This
was more of the Master's territory, as far as she was
concerned.
Napoleon was playing around with his pentagram, waiting…waiting.
His eyes perked up upon the feeling of being watched, oh it's just
the umbreon from yesterday. Was he being expected to be useful?
Well if he was he had no idea how, he was to sleepy to think of
anything, yet he wandered to the kitchen either way.
"I have no idea. I associate myself with the male gender, and the
most likely reason is because I fufilled my purpose for being
brought back to life, now I'm free." Bane said. Attempting and
failing to smile.
"But you just said that you were a doll? Were you a Ken doll or
something, uhm, before your...'live'-ening...?" Yin was very sure
that live-ening wasn't a real word, but what else could she do in
describing her thoughts? This was all so weird, but it just
reminded her of something that her partner had told her before: she
needed to read more. A knowledgeable butler or maid would be the
best in the service if they knew how to attend to the needs of
their guests.
Maybe she should clean up the library more often... "Oh dear me, I
almost forgot about your breakfast! You'll want to hurry down,
before things get too cold to eat comfortably, sir!"
"Really? You look like what a Banette looks like. Does that mean
you used to be a Banette plush toy?" She wondered out-loud, as she
led him down the stairs. "That seems kind of...neat and tidy, I
guess? Becoming what you were after you uh, got cursed and
all."
The Umbreon noticed once again the Druddigon, Kya wasn't going to
say anything..
Talking to the mienfoos hadn't been so useful.. whatever, Kya will
just go back to the labyrinth entrance with the Lucario, after all
those buckets were probably more useful...
Watt has been wandering around the mansion, here and there, there
and here. Until he finally noticed that almost everyone were on the
labyrinth, or about to enter it. He finally flied back to the
entrace of the labyrinth, waiting.
((@TheBritishVivillion whos asylum?))
((@Teius nothing much we all went to breakfast, except for bane who
is currently having a conversation with yin, cell is ready to go to
the labyrinth while kya tried to prepare more by talking with yang,
which didn't really work out as you can see, while I'm still
waiting for my coffee while I just went to the kitchen))
Napoleon saw the umbreon having a conversation with the mienfoo,
which seemed to have ended with his entrance in the room
causing…keya? or something? to leave. Ouch, okay "is the coffee
done yet?"…crap he forgot his name…he's just going to pretend he
ended his sentence there. As he said that he heard a ding from the
machine, oh it just finished without waiting anymore he took the
cup and poured what he could into a cup and drank, that's so much
better…and wow this is actually really good, how does this mienfoo
make everything taste perfect. He looked around and saw the berries
that were left over and saw a lum berry on top, that's going to be
useful, he took it and left giving a little thank you to the
mienfoo, he was prepared to go down to the labyrinth.
