I'm not sure if this is considered a bug, but Mega Banettenstein is located before Banettenstein on the storage boxes.

That's not a bug, technically - or at least nothing that can be fixed.

Banettenstein has the PokéDex Number 354z, while the Mega version has the PokéDex Number 354mz. And since m comes before z in the alphabet, Mega Banettenstein is listed before the regular one.

Can't you just put the 'm' after the 'z', though? [and do that for all megas :p ]
Because you started out just putting the 'm' at the end and switched halfway-through.

Example - Festival Gardevoir [mega] is 'km', not 'mk', so it's not like you have one event-mega display system. Why not make it all conform and use the "[event letter]m" order, rather than the "m[event letter]" order?

[Because, even if the code is doing this 'correctly' the display is still wrong ^^' ]

That would technically be possible, yes. From now on I should do it with this proposed system from now on :D

Changing the PokeDex Numbers for existing Pokémon species is kinda tricky, though. There's just too many dependencies. The PokeDex number would have to be changed in many different systems (the Pokemon profiles, the Image files, the Battle System, Beauty Contest, GTS, etc.). Not impossible, but very error-prone. If I forget to change it even in just one system, it may end up causing really ugly bugs. Not sure if that's worth the risk now...
