It would be better if every pokemon that have mega evolution would be able to mega evolve. Or you have to do something that it can mega evolve. ;3

This hasn't been implemented yet o.0
Only Pokémon that have a special power can mega-evolve - so they are much rarer and harder to obtain.

What I mean is that every pokemon that has mega evolution can mega evolve, it would be much better because i really want to mega evolve my shiny lucario.

No support, that would make mega's way too common. They are supposed to be rare, it makes it more interesting.

No support, mega Pokemon are supposed to be rare, like Justme4031 said.
Anyways, this looks like a suggestion made just because you would get something awesome out of it.
