Not confirmed Gen 7. Nothing's confirmed other than a few concepts, and a title.
With how Gen 6 has been turning out, it's likely gen 6.5, taken place in Southern Kalos.

I'm really excited for it, although I kinda wish that like some other fan-ideas out there, it was a 'continuation' of the Sinnoh region, but like any other pokemon game, I'm excited to play it!! ^^

Not sure which I'd prefer, to be honest: a part II of Kalos region/gen 6 or a whole new gen 7. Either way, I'm totally pumped for the new games. \o.o/

I'm honestly not very excited- I feel that Pokemon has been dragged out so much that it's just the bones of a great series nowadays.
'Course, except if Nintendo makes a story so good it's worth debating.

I wish for mega johto starters, and with gen 7-
A fire/flying starter
A speedy water/dark starter (I really HATE water starters and would always choose fire ones, but Greninja stole my heart..... And I HATE delphox and emboar)

An awesome fire/dragon legendary, based on the sun and its name biggening with V (yup! You guessed right, my name begins with V)

And last, I wish they are released as apps for iPad or in discs for Wii. (My parents will NEVER buy me a 3Ds)

I super duper hope it is not an expansion of Kalos. I want a new region. I didn't dig Kalos. :/

I'm hoping for an elementally-aligned rat. Rattata and Ratticate are awesome and adorable, but normal types eeeh

It's 2016... can we please have a Dark-type gym now? o:

I'm actually not that excited for Sun/Moon yet, but I'm sure I will be when they reveal new Pokemon. I know it's unlikely to have another Dark-type legend since we just had Yveltal, but I'm kind of hoping for a dark/dragon legend. :3

Unlikely.
Considering how Nintendo's marketing works, they're only going to release on Wii U, 3DS and whatever newfangled console they'll come up with.

I think that Nintendo will release an app.
Because. Why release the real life catching of pokemon and an accessory for mobile?
I think nintendo is changing its marketing scheme with Pokémon GO. So I guess Pokemon Sun/Moon is possible for iPad.

If Pokemon Sun and Moon is backward compatible with Wii (not U), then I'll be happy as I also have a Wii.

- Pokémon based off elements in the periodic table (I heard there will be Pokémon based off oxygen, hydrogen and water)
