How to Interact with the Wild Nexanda;

- Please refain from just saying 'hi' or 'hello' With nothing more left to say. It's very easy just to asked 'Hello how are you?' to spark a little conversation

- If you treat me with respect, I will show it back.

- If you call me a liar or something which I know I and many other people don't call me then I will block you. I have no need for such drama in my life.

The image to the left is the icon used for the PalPad. A useful communication tool within the world of Pokeheroes. It is used to talk privately between players from all around the world at the cost of 500 pokedollars from the Item shop at the Emera mall.

Although when you join you automatically get the icon in the top right hand corner of the taskbar -next to the notifications icon, it isn’t activated until you purchased the item so no other players can send to messages, nor can you receive any.

Update as of the 6th of Fabuary 2019: It is no longer nessary to purchase the item from the shop!

How it works

Clicking on the PalPad icon will bring up a list of users, over laying anything on the right hand side. Click on a user to open the chat box to start a private chat with them. After using the PalPad for some time, your recent chats will appear at the top of the list together, with the time passed since your last conversation with them for easy access. Switching between those who are online closer to the top while offline closer to the bottom.

You can see if a person is online or offline by looking at the small circle next to their username. A green circle indicates that the person is online, while a grey circle indicates that the user is currently offline. Do note, however, that a person’s online/offline status may take some time to be updated, and do not worry if it shows no circle at all. This may due to the server updating the status and it is loading slightly slower than the rest.

PalPad Settings

For privacy reasons, users may wish to lock their PalPad to be accessible to only users on their Friendlist. This can be toggled via “Communication Settings” which can be found at Settings -> Misc. Settings.



By locking your PalPad, users who are not on your friendlist can only contact you via Private Message. Similarly, you cannot PalPad other users who only accept PalPad messages from their friends if you are not on their Friendlist. In order to contact such users, you will also have to send them a Private Message.

Reporting a User

If a user has been using the PalPad in an inappropriate manner, if you did not want to cut off your PalPad to just friends, you can just block the player which happens within an instant.





The message above will appear if a user has blocked you. It means that you can no longer PalPad or Private message them.

Group Chats

As of the update on the 6th of Febuary 2019. Group chats with multiple player were introduced on Pokeheroes. You can create a group of up to 25 players with a customizable name, and avatar. As with this update if you into your Misc. Settings. you can enable a friends-only chat mode where onlu users that are on your friends list may be able to add you to groups! With this users that you have blocked can not add you.

You can also hide chats that you no logner partake in by using the small 'X' in the corner of the box when highlight on pc and after being lcicked on on mobile. As well for mobile users instead of trying to click on the Pal Pad icon again to close it a 'Close' button as add to the top of the list. While full screen on PC you do no have this, when on a smaller window and on tablets this box still appears.

At the bottom of the Pal Pad sid bar you have three different icons.


Starting to the far left you have the new search icon! If you're looking for a partular group or person to chat with you can click this and start searching for them

The middle button is to create group chats. This is where you can create your group chats with a list of settings for the chat which is easily customerizable to suite your needs and wants. Though bare in mind you must have at least 3 people to start a group chat!

While the last one will take you to the Pal Pad setting page if you're looking to change something with your communication settings.
