You can become as strong as Superman, and take on his superpowers, blah blah blah
BUT
There will be other people with the powers of other superheroes (like Spiderman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern people, etc.) ad they will want to kill you
(And why not be a ghost? Think of all the mischief you can get into...)

You can teleport into ANY TV SHOW(Digimon, Pokemon, etc.)You can also come back and bring ANY FRIENDS YOU'VE MADE/ TAKE THE PLACE/CHARACTER INSTINCTS OF A CHARACTER(Izzy,Ash,etc.)

If they ever get hurt you feel the pain of them.
