Seria sat at a assumably deserted park and clutched the pair of
leather gloves that she always worn. I made these for my younger
brother before I came to this place, this school. I can't give them
to him anymore because, he left. I wonder if my parents worry about
me, their last kid alive. Seria pondered the question and
suddenly, four words shot into her mind. Destroyer. Creator.
Family. Trust. Seria focused on these words, for they
carried no image of the future, only words that could mean
anything. Seria sighed knowing she will find out when the time is
right.
Aurora sighs and stands looking out her balcony window and sees a
figure. She shakes her head it's probably nothing. She lays
on her bed lightly strumming a guitar while humming a bit.
Seria looked around the area and stood up and put on the black
leather gloves. She walked back to her house that she bought with
the money her parents gave her and her work money from her job that
would turn into a business after she came back. Seria placed her
spear by her other weapons, which were hiding in the living room
closet. She slammed down on the loveseat couch and relaxed for a
bit.
Raven sighed, slamming her apartment door shut. God, did Elliot get
on her nerves. "I wish I knew what my special power was and how to
activate it." Raven grumbled, annoyed. "One day, I swear I'll kill
Elli because he's flirting with me."
"No... I think my parents just jumbled some letters together and
BOOM. Ellis was created." She shrugged, slightly sad she didn't
know what the name meant.
”Hello There! I am Alter Ego, your
technological guide!"
"Haha, I don't think that's the case." Elliot laughed. He was
starting to like this girl. Funny, amusing, and beautiful. "You're
name originally came from the biblical prophet, Elijah. So I think,
You were sent by God." Grinning at Ellis, Elliot fished out his
key, since they were close to his home.
"Oh! Now that I think about it, I remember my mom telling me
something like that. I think it has to do with her Christian
beliefs. But, I also remember her telling me it was mostly a boy's
name." Ellis said, a finger on her chin as she thought about it.
She shrugged her shoulders, watching him get his key.
”Hello There! I am Alter Ego, your
technological guide!"
"Well, Glad to jog you're memory." Elliot smiled, stopping in front
of his house. Well, it technically wasn't his, but he lived in a
abandoned home near the city. It was a bit run down, but it fit his
needs just fine.
Ellis almost ran into Elliot when he stopped, and her feet skidded
to a stop. She stood on her tippy toes to see over his shoulder and
look at the house. 'Better than anything I've had.' She
thought to herself. She had only lived in people's sheds, as a cat
till someone would run her out.
”Hello There! I am Alter Ego, your
technological guide!"
"It's not much, but it's good enough." Elliot murmured. "Sorry if
it's not what you expected." Unlocking the door, Elliot held the
door open for Ellis. "Lady's first" He said, smirking.
"Why thank you, kind sir." Ellis said, bowing a little before
entering the house. She stared in awe at its size, considering she
lived in things about three feet wide, and four feet long. She
looked around, taking it in.
”Hello There! I am Alter Ego, your
technological guide!"
