i think this qrt is useless option even after the mods being there cause the qrt wont be like so fast that after a report it is solved after 10 mins !! and that is no requirment of this fast surveying and other locking stuff on ph sometimes in hurry wrong decisions are taken
and how do we know the admin you choose is correct and not a friend of yours

so even if it is implemented i would say why should you get to choose and why not the mods/MITs /the admin??

Please, you two, there is no need to be rude to each other. Especially you, POWERMAN, everyone has their opinions, you can't say that their mind is 'useless' just because of that. Please don't let your discussions be personal, try to remain as civil as possible, if you suspect someone broke the rule, report them with an evidence.
