Honestly tho I will fight you abt Frisks gender
It wasn't like they were just the shell of a character for the player to fill in
They don't even keep the name you give them, they confirm that they have their own name.
It's like you can name Link in loz whatever you want but you always know he's male because everyone constantly addresses him as just that: 'him'
The characters in Undertale only use 'them' to address Frisk.
On another note I quite like that analysis of their character.

Frisk and Chara are nonbinary characters, but the player can gender them to feel more of a connection to them i believe. That doesn't mean frisk is a male or female, it means the player can choose what they feel more comfortable with them being.
Just as i feel Chara is a male. Some may feel Chara is a female, or nonbinary. It really doesn't matter

I just saw Frisk and Chara as female bcuz my cousin is like...6-7 years-old, and she has short hair

@-Gaster- I think, on a Genocide Run, Frisk gets insane (you explained), and Chara make her insanity a chance to posses her and kill everybody

Personally I see both Frisk and Chara as nonbinary because that's simply how canon portrays them heh

I personally feel that both Frisk and Chara are female because I'm female, and it's an RPG. When I play/relate to any RPG, I put myself in the character's shoes. That's why I've never played an RPG as male, save for one male Argonian in Skyrim, but he's part of my female's backstory. Anyways, I digress. I refer to them as female simply because that's how I view them, but they can of course be whatever the player wants.
I also see them as slightly older than given whenever I picture things in my head. As a 19-year-old wanting to RP as a member of the happenings of the game, I can't picture them really any less than maybe 14 or 15. I'm fully aware they're supposed to be around 9ish, but I just can't get into the game thinking that way. That's just how my brain is.
This mindset makes playing a lot of games, including Pokémon, pretty weird for me, to be perfectly honest xD You're character is usually supposed to be like 10ish and everyone calls you kid and I'm just there with an attitude like "Excuse me? Who you callin' a kid? Oh yeah, it's a game, I'm supposed to be 10ish. Oh well."

I have so many ideas for art and animations tbh but I have nowhere to put them and a lack of skill needed to pull the ideas I have off;; I don't even have a scanner I can use to put up my traditional art ffff
I've always wanted to draw some of the weirder details of the game, like Sans's pet rock, etc. I'm a weirdo though, once I get something in my head it's incredibly difficult to make it go away unless I do something about it. Which isn't often because I'm lazy af.
Though to be honest isn't it always that the ideas come flowing when you feel like being a couch potato, but when you actually want to do something you can't think anymore. The way of the artist grumble
