I Think That Undyne In Her Childhood just had a really stupid accident like, a trampoline placed just perfectly so it returns to undyne's eye or something else. LOL.

But it could also be a side effect of
possible experiments regarding Determination. She's the only
monster who has Determination, right? I couldn't be wrong, idk.
Upon her death in the Neutral/No Mercy routes, she melts. Maybe her
eye melted as a result of the Determination, but the rest of her
body was salvaged somehow??

I personally have two ideas.
There's what I personally think:

The first idea mostly comes from
Asriel's lines "Chara, hated humanity, Why they did, they never
talked about it. But they felt very strongly about that." and "I
know why Chara climbed the mountain. It wasn't for a very happy
reason.", My first thought is that Chara wasn't treated well by her
family or anyone in her village, so
they/she/he/whateveryouwannacallChara began to hate them, to the
point of hating humanity in general, and then decided they had
enough of this, and climbed the mountain, hoping to either,
A. Kill them self and end it all
or
B. Find somewhere no other human could find them, and be AWAY from humanity in general.

That this was all a plan they made,
everything they did before the events of the game, everything they
did in the Underground before Frisk came along, even their own
DEATH, was just a plan to end humanity.

If you are going to do a genocide run, look up the requirements! I had no idea there were specific requirements in order to do a Genocide run. I thought you just had to kill anything you encountered but it's more than that. v.v; Just wasted 2 hours thinking I was doing a genocide when I actually wasn't. D; Restarting I guess.
