As has been said numerous times already, we are not changing anything about any account [unless it's breaking a rule]. This includes releasing their pokémon or changing their name.
This suggestion is about changing/adding a time limit to trades and nothing else

Maybe 15 days is enough time limit for Pokemon related trades.

Either way, this is basically implemented now because of the two month auto-expiration of trades. Of course, trades of banned users will still be there - but they'll at least be cancelled now after some time.
