''of course Castiel! you know you and Trauma my best friend's~ i'll just have to go ask Wither or miss Aqua if they can let Amaryllis know where i am okay? and you can come meet miss Aqua if you want, she's really kind and i'm sure you'll like her'' he said.

Magnolia had finished her coffee by the time Wither sat back down next to her and was pretty much just fidgeting with the paper coffee cup.
Aqua took another sip of her tea before looking at Kaleidoscope, a surprisingly audible purr rumbling in her throat.
''about the airship? i don't really care if we're finally gonna get out of this hell hole'' she said, the catnip in her tea mellowing her out to where she was calm again.

the boys started looking around once they entered the ship, both of them splitting up to explore the room they were in.

Tony sighed and closed his eyes, resting his hand and forehead against the door to Spectrum's empty room, clenching his teeth as he felt tears well up in his eyes.
''i screwed up....'' he muttered to himself.

Kaleidoscope nodded in agreement and Wither seemed to be a bit more relaxed knowing that Aqua was somewhat on her side. Her focus stayed on Aqua for only a second too long, thinking about Castiel. He said that he'd be ready by the time we move on to a new base, but the last time he set himself a deadline it only overstressed him... She sipped her coffee and tried to pry her mind from worrying about the poor angel boy. "It's definitely safe, though. I made sure Magnolia was there so I wouldn't make any careless safety mistakes. Tracks are all covered, thanks to her~" Wither said happily.

Magnolia perked up and rubbed the back of her neck, a faint blush on her face.
''n-not like you'd be careless with anything Wither, but i wasn't going to let you go on your own... that's practically a suicide mission'' she said.
Dark soon finished eating and used a few napkins to clean his hands and face, now full and content.
he looked at Kaleidoscope and lightly elbowed her arm.
''hey Kali, do you want to go spar....? Spectrum wouldn't mind if i steal ya for a while right...?'' he asked quietly, only to where she could hear him.

Wither felt warmth crawling up her face, but she sipped her drink and disregarded it. "Why thank you," she said coolly, tuning in to Dark and Kaleidoscope's conversation. She covered her growing smile with her cup, silently cheering them on.
"Say, you've probably never wielded a human weapon before. I'm not too good, but I could try to slide in some of the basics," Kali suggested happily, pausing for a moment upon thinking about her companion. "I should go ahead and check in on Spectrum, though. I'll meet you there." She briefly said farewell to Aqua before walking off, a bit quickly so that Dark wouldn't suggest joining her.

''Amaryllis will know where i am, besides she's probably still helping out with the injured who come back from scouting's'' he said.
he stretched a little and yawned, revealing sharp canines as he did so.
''i just wanna relax and hangout with my best friends, seems rather lovely after working for so long'' Nanaki said rather cheerfully.

Aqua waved her farewell as Dark watched her hurry off and wagged his tail a little, excited and happy that Kaleidoscope agreed to spar with him.
''you are one lovesick puppy~'' Magnolia hummed teasingly, which earned a light kick to the stomach from Dark that knocked her off the bench.
he huffed as a bright blush took over his face, glaring at where Magnolia had disappeared too.
''and both you and Wither are so f---ing obvious it's utterly painful'' he shot back, soon standing up and heading off to the training room.
Magnolia laid on the ground and propped herself up, going to get up fully before she froze at Dark's words, watching him leave as her face burned a bright red, then looked up at Wither with wide eyes.
Aqua, despite all that went on, calmly sipped her tea peacefully, having grown used to the bickering between the demons over the past few years after befriending the odd little group.

Tony, having been tired, had decided to sit leaning against the wall beside Spectrum's rooms door as he hugged his legs and had his face hidden, but ended up falling asleep where he had sat.

Scarlet crept up Wither's cheeks, but she quickly turned over to Magnolia, timidly outstretching a hand. "Are you alright?" She asked, clearly directing her focus away from what Dark had said. A small part of her was convinced that she should say something about it, but Aqua's curious eyes kept her lips sealed.

Kaleidoscope slipped through the hallways, at a moderate pace so she wouldn't seem suspicious, her hand coiled around the keys in her hoodie pocket. Her strange eyes skimmed the hallways, colors melting in and out as she did so, and froze when they came across their other room door. She stopped in her tracks, scanning Tony's figure as if to make sure it was him and bit her lip in worry.
Poor guy, she thought, pausing for a moment before walking off.

''my poor ears ache after having them folded for so long in the hoodies altered ears.....'' he grumbled, then reached back to the rim of his jeans as he undid a button and freed his tufted tail.

Magnolia hesitated but sat up a little bit more before putting her hand in Wither's, nodding at her question.
Aqua glanced over and purred, a playful glint entering her gaze as she lightly pushed her off the bench, then went back to acting innocent, as if nothing happened.

Tony shifted a bit and laid his head sideways, but remained asleep.

"So, when he--" Wither was quickly cut off and sharply inhaled and she was knocked off her balance, falling on her side and accidentally ramming her elbow into Magnolia's ribcage. She swore, loudly, and then placed her hands on the floor to attempt to get up. "God, I'm so sorry, I--" as she rose, she carelessly knocked her shoulder blades against the bottom of the bench, causing her to flinch and fall silent in wide-eyed pain, the delicate skin from past wounds flaring up.

he soon looked ahead again as he hummed quietly.

Magnolia yelped in pain and crossed her arms over her chest, curling up as she laid on her sighed and coughed, wheezing a little as she tried to catch her breathe, which ended up being knocked out of her.
Aqua looked down at them with wide eye's and covered her mouth, ears pinned back slightly.
''i'm so sorry, i only meant to push you off in a more friendly manner, i didn't mean for you both to get hurt'' she said.

Wither sort of waved off Aqua, a bit more concerned with hurting Magnolia. "S**t, I'm so sorry Mag, are you okay?" She said, clearly flustered. She put her hand on Magnolia's shoulder briefly to reassure her but recoiled back immediately when she realized what she was doing. Her hand slowly folded into a fist, regretting the touch.

"C-can you pass him a message, at least? I remember you being able to do that thing... y'know, where I could say something, and you were able to preserve it and give it to someone, and the light dust would make words," Spectrum explained timidly, sitting on the bed criss-cross. He didn't quite know how or where he remembered that from, but it made sense in his mind.
Kaleidoscope only nodded, flipping her hand and forming a ball of light in her palm. Her ear twitched, signaling Spectrum to speak.
"O-oh, is it working?" He asked, answered by the light-aura words forming in the sky like a hologram. "Okay. Um... hi, Tony... I'm not mad or, uh, scared of you or anything but I... need some time alone, I think. I really care about you, and it's not that at all, I uh--I'm still a bit shaken from that corrupted angel attack and I need some time to process that. I hope you're okay. I think you should try to talk to Wither soon and reason with her. Stay safe."
The words in the air condensed into a solid glowing ball that Kaleidoscope held gently, standing up and going to leave the room. "He's sleeping in the hallway. I'll just leave this next to him and he can open it when he wakes up," she said, smiling softly to reassure Spectrum.

"God, I'm sorry," Wither apologized rapidly, biting her lip and mentally cursing herself for her idiocy. She stood up slowly and moved so that she could stick out her hand and offer help to Magnolia, Void watching silently in the background.

Kaleidoscope soon made her way to the other cabin room, setting the object lightly beside Tony and walking away quickly to meet Dark in the Training Grounds.

Magnolia soon caught her breathe after a little while and slowly propped herself up, cursing silently to herself out of pain.
''give me.... a minute.....'' he muttered, still wheezing a little.
Aqua just simply hid her face, ashamed that she ended up hurting her friends.

Dark was in the training area waiting patiently as he sat on one of the benches holding his hands out in front of him, testing out his abilities by creating simple shapes out of some shadows.

Wither hesitantly dropped her hand back to her side and sat next to Void, who was looking curiously at Aqua. He morphed back into his animal form, which he was clearly more comfortable in, and curled up on the bench with his head resting on his paws.

"Hello~" Kaleidoscope sang, walking up to Dark calmly as she tied her hair up. "Sorry for taking so long, I had to check on some things first." She looked at where he was creating shapes and smiled.

Aqua decided to quickly finish her tea and changed to her other form, scampering off to go check Tony.
after a little bit Magnolia slowly got up to where she was sitting at the table again but was hugging herself with one arm, sighing as she looked at Wither.
''c-could you help me back to my room....? i have a bottle of painkillers in my nightstand...'' she muttered.

he jumped and looked up at Kaleidoscope with wide eye's, but shook his head and smiled up at her.
''i-it's alright, checking up on Spectrum came first so that's understandable, i'd be the same way with Maggie if she needed something'' Dark said.

"Of course." Wither slowly stood and Void hopped off of the bench to join her, the concern in her face still apparent. She silently cursed herself for hurting Magnolia that bad, with even Void seeming sympathetic. "Y'know, that's no way to flirt," he remarked, making sure he was only speaking in Wither's mind.
"Shut up, she snapped back, glaring at him briefly.

She nodded, "You two are a good couple." Kaleidoscope skimmed the room, noticing the emptiness. There were a couple of demons in the corner, but that was it--she figured it was usually empty around lunchtime. She turned her focus back to Dark. "How's the human form treating you? You're... quite tall, I can't imagine how balancing must be."

''boy i'm gonna have quite the bruise...'' Magnolia muttered, chuckling a little to try and lighten the mood.

''friends, not couple'' he corrected, dispelling the shadows he had gathered.
he stretched and yawned, soon standing up and scratched his ear, liking how he could easily get the more annoying itchy spots behind his ears now.
''i adjusted surprisingly well when i first tried standing up, you should've seen Maggie's reaction to my height too, it was priceless'' he said, grinning a little.

Wither smiled weakly, still overwhelmed with guilt. She lightly put her other hand on Magnolia's shoulder as if to steady her (although it wasn't much help) and started to walk slowly towards the cabins. "Are you sure you don't want to stop down by the infirmary?" She offered.

Kali smiled at him, "I can imagine. I know walking is a bit of a struggle since it's... so different. It's good that you adapted so quickly." She paused as she scanned his face as if scanning for something. Magnolia's bickering had further alerted her to the fact that he had feelings for her and she couldn't help but doubt it.
She sighed and put her hands on her hips, looking over at the weapons. "If I'm going to be honest here, close-combat isn't my strong point and it's really quite tedious and annoying to learn. But sword fighting's pretty fun, so I guess we could start with that?"
