Strongest shiny pidove? maybe, so i never saw someone with a strongest of the same but if you can check to be 100% sure please?

Don't know if this is still being updated but have always wondered if my shiny pansear and shiny simisear were really the first OS. I remember when unova pokemon first came out, I was trying hard to shiny breed a pokemon that I didnt think people would try to go for. So, I just wanted some confirmation since I don't know how to check accurately ^^
