I have observed that many trainers have bred legendary pokemon that they receive from Prof. Rowan and may wish to sell some of them and others may also want to buy.
The problem is that not everyone owns a Ditto and breeding legendaries is a lot of work to do.But i also i understand that the purpose of making the legies non-trade able is to allow everyone to complete their dexes.
I think that we could use passes to trade them
For instance you need Kanto Pass to be able to trade Mewtwo
and you only get the pass from Prof. Rowan when you hatch the legendary egg he gives you.

First and foremost, to complete your dex, you could always borrow or rent a ditto (unless no one trusts you, in which case, I advise working on that).
For those who have extras from hunting, you can release them, so it isn't a thing of space.
The point of making them untradable was to make them breedable.
Perhaps if your pass had some sort of counter? Like it rendered the legend sterile and cost a lot of pd. Like 100k pd per trade.
Otherwise, no support. If you want the legends, you can work for them like everyone else :3

The purpose of adding the Legendaries to the site in the first place was to make them a reward and something you had to work for.
Also, as stated previously, you could merely release the legends as they have no value in the first place since you can't trade them. Even if they were tradeable, however, some users might want to hold onto their Legends. Perhaps someone were hunting Arceus and needs to hold onto their spare to collect all the formes?

Riako made the legendaries untradeable for a reason, I think we should keep it that way.
Since they are awards for dex completion, being able to trade them would be like cheating yes?

For example - Person A is shiny hunting Arceus; they don't really want to keep the Arceus, but would rather not release them, if it can be helped.
Person B also has completed the Sinnoh Dex, but hasn't managed to snatch a Ditto from the Lab (or trade one permanently) yet, so getting the alternate Arceus formes is currently an impossible goal.
Both have hatched their Arceus and thus gotten the 'Sinnoh Pass', so neither would get their 'dex-completion' prize before they've earned it.
This means that Person A can now help Person B get all Arceus formes, who wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
To be honest, if my interpretation is correct and it would be in this format, I'd support.
With how everyone else is interpreting it, however, I don't.
