Ahh, that's right. School is boring no matter which school happens to be in question. the lad though as he waited for the next teacher to show up and tell them to read something worthless.
"I say we just skip the class and go straight to lunch." Spencer suggested in an annoyed tone.
"Spence, I don't know about you, but I'm not looking to get in trouble in any way, shape, or form on our first day." Shay replied.
After walking around for a few minutes more with the campus map as their guide, the two found themselves at their English class. "See! I told you we'd find it eventually!" she told Spencer. She twisted the knob of the door and began pulling it, attempting to open it but couldn't. "Spencer, I need a little help ... I think it's stuck." the younger twin informed while struggling to open the door. Spencer sighed shortly before moving Shay aside. "Shay," he murmured while grasping the doorknob and pushing the door open, "it's push, not pull..."
Not long afterwards, the door finally swung open and Sean got a look at the genius who couldn't even operate a door. Except it wasn't a person but persons. Not that it mattered much, there merely was two geniuses instead of just one. An amused smirk spread on the boy's face as he took a quick look at the two students. The two of them looked kind of similar all the way down to the piercings. Either they were somehow related or it was a coincidence, though it didn't really matter. What amused Sean was the height difference, the girl looked even shorter beside the guy than she probably truly was.
Letting out a small chuckle, Sean grinned at the two newcomers, "Trouble with the door?" He shrugged nonchalantly before talking to the two again, "It's nothing to be ashamed of though, after all, doors are pretty high tech." Sean mentally gave himself a pat in the back for his brilliant remark that could possibly earn him a cold glare, an enemy for life or even a fist in the face if either of the two was a sensitive princess. Whatever the outcome might be, it was still worth it, he certainly wasn't bored anymore.
Spencer looked down at the blonde haired, blue eyed boy that appeared to be around the same age as he was and took a seat next to him. "It wasn't me who had trouble with the door, it was my dimwitted sister right there." Spencer corrected whilst pointing at Shay who was standing outside the classroom. Shay returned his comment with a select finger and shook her head, making Spencer chuckle. He turned back to the boy and held out his hand. "Hi, I'm Spencer." he introduced with a smile.
His observations were interrupted for the time being as the guy turned back to him and introduced himself as Spencer while holding out his hand. Sean merely raised a quizzical eyebrow at the outstretched limb before shrugging and shaking the guy's hand, "Uh-huh. I'm Sean." If the Spencer dude did turn out to have ulterior motives to be so suspiciously nice after Sean's kind of douche comment, he'd worry about it if and when the time came. He could just eat the guy or something if he turned out to be some creepy organ dealer or something of the like.
Or maybe he wouldn't eat Spencer after all, the academy might not approve of cannibalism and Sean wasn't in the mood of getting in trouble.
Releasing his new acquaintance's hand, Sean glanced back towards the door where he could still see a peek of Spencer's sister before looking at her brother again with a mischievous glint in his eye, "I wonder if any of the oh so fantastic teachers could teach your sister to open doors. It's such a vital skill to one's survival."
Spencer laughed hysterically at Sean's comment about Shay's ability to open door. After calming down he wiped away an imaginary tear from his left eye. "It's not that she doens't know how to open doors, it's just at our Grams' house all the doors were pull from the outside, push from the inside. It's something she'll get used to or end up kicking all the doors down. She's a bit more oblivious to her surroundings." he informed and looked back up at his sister who was still standing in the doorway and turned back to Sean, mouthing 'She's pretty dumb.' so the twin wouldn't be offended.
Shay decided to walk to lunch instead of waiting for the stranger to get to class. Spencer stood up from his seat, waiting for Sean to get up and decided to make small talk him. "So, what's your power?" he asked the lad randomly.
Sasha suddenly slammed her palms down on the table. "Fine! As soon as I have a chance, I'll show you my power." The twelve year old began to take an extreme interest in her macaroni.
"Where is Spencer?" she asked herself aloud grabbing a tray and selecting food to eat. She grabbed a banana, small salad with Caesar Dressing, a water bottle, a small bag of potato chips and a fork and knife and began looking for a place to sit. She saw Sasha and Brandon but decided to not sit there as they seemed like they were having issues of their own and Seraphina but decided not to attempt to make any new friends yet.
As she sat, she placed two napkins on her lap and peeled the banana. She then cut the banana into multiple slices, put them in her salad, drizzled the Caesar Dressing on it and ate it, occasionally taking a sip or two from her water bottle.
