You were at your home when a letter is suddenly slid under the door, along with a package. You carefully look at the letter before opening it and reading the slip of parchment.

Dear {Name},

Congratulations, You have been accepted into Young Volcanoes Academy by our staff of prestigious teachers and will start on the 13th of August, exactly three days from the time you receive this letter. We welcome you with open arms, and hope you will come to think of the Academy as your second home. With this letter we have also sent you the necessary text-books, as well as your class schedule.

Do not forget, the train that you will take to arrive at the school is located at platform 13, and will leave at precisely 9:00 in the morning. Remember to take all valuable belongings with you, and we will be expecting you at the school.

Magic is allowed, but not usable unless older then 14. If not, please only use if told.

History: Crispin comes from a rich family in Scotland and grew up not appreciating what he had. His mother, whom was his biggest role model, passed away when he was at a young age. His father fell into depression after his mother's death and basically gave up on himself. Crispin wanted to be better than that so he took his school seriously and did everything to impress his father. Soon enough his other parental figure had committed suicide which left Crispin in foster care and nobody really wanted him so he's stayed there since about the age of 12.

Appearance: A small Asian girl with a long black braid trailing down to her ankles. She has intelligent gray eyes with flecks of gold in them. She's somewhat pretty, but in a sort of statuesque way. She looks younger than her age as well.

Personality: Minerva is quite quiet and sharp. She could be interpreted as shy until you get to know her, as she just prefers to only speak when she considers it necessary. She is actually quite sneaky and mischievous, with a skill for magic. She loves using magic, and tends to do so in secret. However, despite her skill with academics and magic, she isn't very strong, and despises physical contact unless on her own terms.
History: Minerva has always been a sort of overlooked girl. Her family was a quiet one, and Minerva was rarely ever noticed in class. Though bright, she was often overlooked for scholarships and the like. When she received the invitation to go to the Young Volcanoes Academy, she jumped at the chance to switch schools.

Personality: Bellatrix is an enigmatic and outspoken girl. She has very stubborn opinions and is not afraid to voice them to anyone nearby. She enjoys to or at least attempt to make friends. Despite her compact looks, Bellatrix packs quite a punch. She's an average student, but an exceptionally talented fighter. She's also quite the tomboy.
History: Bellatrix was born to a high-ranked family, and absolutely adored her father. She never knew her mother very well as she had passed away giving birth to Bellatrix's younger siblings. Bellatrix takes after her father in personality and her mother in appearance,and was enrolled in self defense classes at young age by her father, despite Bellatrix wanting to learn more about magic and botany, things that her mother was interested in. When she was sent an invitation to attend the YVA, her father reluctantly agreed after ages of being begged by Bellatrix, who was extremely curious about this strange academy.

Lia looked at the platform and sighed, she already missed her mum and dad even thought it had not even been a hour. No one had arrived yet, and to be honest she was close to having a panic attack. "Calm down.." she muttered, wringing her hands. She didn't want to go to the school, but her parents wanted her to so she agreed, that was a mistake. "Everything's alright." she said, starting to softly sing to herself.

Crispin approached Platform 13 with his suitcase slung over his shoulder and a grin on his face. He was happy to leave the hell hole that was his foster home and move onto further education. He turned his attention to the sky wishing himself the best of luck and that his mother be looking down on him the entire time.

Iris stared at the platform blankly. Is this what Mom would want? She thought to herself curiously and sighed. There's no going back now. She gripped her luggage and waited for the train to arrive.

Visalia held the handle of her forever companion--her loving, trustworthy rolling suitcase. It travelled mostly whoever she travelled; it came along with her to school, and flew across seas with her. Visalia was waiting calmly for the train, the guy next to her seeming quite happy.

Finally not being able to stand still, Lia stood up and let out a puff of air, chuckling. "Just laugh it off" she thought, laughing out loud, not noticing how crazy she currently looked.
