Any SM pokemon are really up to the seller to price. However the common SM pokemon would be quite a bit cheaper. I have seen SM gyarados for 500k to 1m pd.

The event is still going on and you can get a mega able dunsparce for free!

And since it's so new that the event is still going on, there is no real price for it yet. Give it a while for people to breed it.

School Wishiwashi is pretty worthless but a shiny one would be worth at minimum 1 million id say
and Shadows are perpetually changing in value for the worse as they gradually become more common so they'll never have any kind of concrete pricing

To add on to what Greggory said, school wishiwashi can be obtained only by fishing. A normal wishiwashi does NOT evolve.
