It's exactly as the title says - Sometimes, randomly, when I scroll down on a PH page it suddenly gets divided into squares all over my screen and the locations of the things (Such as the Feed button on my notifications page) keeps being switched around.
I'll try to post a screenshot soon.

//Moved to Solved, as part of the big Bug/Complaint clean-up.

Pretty great odds that this is/was caused by the lag, which wasn't processing the moving page(s) correctly. I haven't had this happen myself recently, though.
