Because they're rarer than the others (for example Enigma Stone is very very rare, not like Oran Berry)

If you failed to get the Event Egg the first time, you can only buy it from someone (they're breedable)

If you're talking about basic mode, I've never obtained anything other than Fire, Thunder, and Water stones. So if there's a chance for any others, they are pretty low.

No only the stone that are shown can be obtain. For example even for gem in plus mode ,you can only get the gem that are shown you can't get fairy gem or dragon there

That's not entirely true. While it is true that you can't get Fairy or Dragon, you can get gems that aren't displayed.
I've been getting Fighting Gems every time I do a couple of spins, yet fighting gems aren't displayed.

As I use the Plus Mode GGS Mode (To get masses of gems) everyday,
I realized that the only gems you can get are;
→ Bug
→ Electric
→ Fighting
→ Flying
→ Grass
→ Ground
→ Normal
→ Poison
→ Rock
→ Water

If you failed to get the Event Egg, shouldn't you be able to get it from the Event Pass section in the future?

This is not an issue affecting me, but still...

Of course you will, but the Event Egg isn't still at the Event Shop ^_^. Probably it will take a long time to be there, but who knows. The only available form to get the Event Egg right now is to buy one from someone :3

Edit: Now it's added to the Event Shop, so there's another way ^_^

what does it mean in the rarity spot like easy hard meduim rare is that how hard it is to take care of them or somthing

It's how difficult they are to get. Easy pokémon will appear the most in the Lab, while Legend will appear the least. It also comes into play when putting them in the DayCare (I think)
