You can already sell your pokemon in the Auction House. Why would we need something like this? Even if your pokemon doesn't get bid on, it just means nobody needs one or your price is too high.

Like the two above me said there is a thing called the auction house you use to sell pokemon you don't want. If users don't like it then they can just deal with it.

@Gastrodon that's basically GTS- You make a deal with another player- they send you money and you set up that pokemon you want to sell to them to the GTS. So this is basically not needed- No support from me sorry.

I know there is already Auction house, and GTS, but in auction it isn't to a specific player, and GTS, you have to give the player a pokemon, and also in GTS if you tell somebody to give you money, they might not listen. I have mixed feelings about this suggestion.
