There's always plushies with important messages that we want to keep, but can't forever. Right now, at least.
(NOTE: If you say no support for devices, I will ignore you. This game is NOT meant for devices. Tough life.)
Okay, now, to the suggestion. There could be a slightly transparent heart next to the plushies sent in the gift log. (See picture for meaning.)
If you click that heart, the heart would become fully visible and be in a special page, where even if plushies push it off the list, it will be there. It could look something like these:
Show hidden content
1st image: Transparent heart, 2nd image: Opaque heart, 3rd image: What the link could look like

Yes i agree with you as sometimes as you said, someone sends you a plushie with a cute little message but after a load of spammers come along... R.I.P shiny magikarp plushie with a nice message...

full support after the karp war lots of messages got pushed away lol noy you can't read them anymore but this prevents this

I do support this idea. However, I disagree that there are always plushies with important messages. I do not see myself using this to save the plushies for the messages attached to them. I would save them because of the Pokemon that the plushie is of.

That was MY reason, and probably the main reason for a lot of people.
