So as sometimes who put up Pokémon for Wonder Trade people sometimes don't get a partner to exchange with!
So my suggestion is if PH couldn't find a partner for you to wonder trade with you could get a special pokemon!
And as having no partner to wonder trade with is rare that would make the special pokemon also really rare to get so the person who doesn't have a partner to trade with actually gets a pokemon anyways!

Note: You only get the pokemon if you set up a wonder trade and PH cant find you a partner!

Umm, isn't this the same thing as the Ho-oh voucher? That's what PH does when they find someone without s partner. They get the Ho-Oh code.

Hmm... No support because I don't know if in every Wonder Trade a person doesn't find a partner. And this Special Pokémon would be very rare. Maybe more them Ditto if unbreedable.
