SUGGESTION:
We should have a trainer customization option.
Like a character (A base of a trainer) and then we customize it how we want.
Like, the basic base will be Trainer red, and then we can customize it how we want.
Premium users can actually make custom colors of clothing/hair or something.
The character would show in a pokemon battle (V.S. Seeker)
You know, like an original pokemon battle, except the sprites wouldn't move.
There would be a 'small icon' of the trainer's head at the top of his team and then his username.
The option for customizing would be in the 'Settings' option.
We could pick a base of a Kanto(FR/LG), Johto (HG/SS), Hoenn (E/R/S), Sinnoh (PLT/PRL) or Unova (B/B2 or W/W2) trainer bases. Then we could customize it how we want and premium users (as I said) could make their own trainer base.
Kalos is not included because it is 3D. ORAS Hoenn Is also 3D so it also wouldn't fit .
A trainer would had it's own trainer card, shown in the 'HOME' option. Fitting his battle team in it.
Anyway, a trainer would have it's own durability. Example:Non-premium users get one look of a trainer for 5-10 months, and premium users get their one look for 1-5 months. There are infinity empty slots, just so they can ONLY change their trainer's look by that durability. So you couldn't change your trainer for a day, you have to wait. I hope this idea gets published or if it's rejected I will just say I tried my best on this suggestion and I hope it will be published to Pokeheroes.

We already have Avatars (Profile pictures) and there is no meaning to have our own Trainer Avatar, because this site is an interaction-based site, where mostly everything you need to do is from interacting. Battling is not the 'main' thing here anyway.

Then you say that Kalos and ORAS won't be included because it's 3D, even though every other Pokemon game in the future will also be 3D, which makes Kanto to Black & White the only option for us to use for choosing a Trainer, which also makes no sense because, what if we liked the Kalos avatars more than Kanto or Hoenn? What will they do?

Anyways, I really think this Trainer-thing is unneeded and a waste of time. Just make your own Trainer card and put it in your signature, if you like it.

And, there is a meaning. I mean like, battling isn't the main thing here, I know. But hey, it's a pokemon-based site! o-o After all, you don't have a choice or everything when making trainer cards when picking your trainer. And who would look for them in your about me or your signature or otherwhere else? Nobody. The V.S. seeker needs some additions, so I thought trainer customizing would be nice.

And, who has TIME to make 3D Avatars? I think Riako wouldn't be happy if I put 3D avatar customization. It is because it's a hard choice to put 3D clothing on a 3D base. It's really hard, I even tried to make my own 3D trainer. It all matters where you put the pixels. You can't take the position of the angle when making 3D Trainers.

PLENTY OF PEOPLE look for the trainer cards in signatures AND the About Me sections. I'm one of them.

Actually you have complete artistic freedom. There are plenty of card bases around the internet, get a blank one, and fill it out yourself. You could have a completely 100% custom base OR use any sprite/3d image you want, so it makes more sense for you to make it yourself instead of relying on a new feature on the site for it.

It's an artform, which is very welcome in the fanart subforum. Why would Riako be unhappy about that? Especially since there are already plenty of sprite and art shops floating around.
