GIMP works as well, but it's bad for making Fusions because you can choose an area, but you can't move it, only with copying it and so on.
I use MS Paint XP for Spriting and GIMP for making them transparent. ^^

I also use Paint because it's simple and I can't be bothered to learn how to do it in Photoshop because no matter how much I change brush to 1px it still colours around the pixel :p
And also make transparent sprites in GIMP.

Personally, Pixlr is the easiest for me to use, but I've tried GIMP, Pencil, PS, and Paint.net. I like it because it's an online tool, so it doesn't matter what type of computer you have. And it's fun when you have to add something like a Santa hat on an avatar. xD

I originally started making sprites in MS Paint, before moving onto using Photoshop. Much easier to work with sprites when there's layers; plus I'm also somewhat learning how to animate sprites that way.

I've downloaded other programs like GraphicsGale and FireAlpaca, though I've been kinda lazy in trying to learn how those work, so I just stick to Photoshop.

I usually use either Paint.net either MS Paint for fusions and recolors - As for transparency- I use either Gimp either Paint.net - and I also use GIMP for final shading :3 I love some tools in GIMP ~ they make shading so much easier :3

Anyone know any pixel art websites that work on mobile?
I was going to use Pixilart but for some strange reason it doesn't allow you to upload images to edit on mobile.
I also need to have the ability to make a palette.
If I'm online and don't respond, I'm probably busy hunting for the missing semicolon (C++)
