she hummed and grabbed his hand, then started to head back to the house while humming.
''come on, we don't want to miss out on dinner'' she said.

Skye ate in silence, the weariness of months on the run weighing in on her. Robin sat next to her, Venom sprawled across his feet. The beast occasionally brushed his tail against Skye's bare ankles and it drew her back to reality. She was simply too tired to even focus on the conversation that Fallow and Viola were having, so she finished up the last of her food and took her plate up to the sink.
She turned the faucet to the hottest it could go and quickly cleaned her dishes with the soap and sponge that had been left behind, leaving it on the horizontally on its side in the dish drying rack. She had noticed the dishwasher but didn't wait for anyone else; she would've passed out if she did. Skye quickly thanked Maxwell and Fallow for cooking and disappeared into the bedroom in the basement.

Draco and Alex both finished as well with they're meal and thanked Maxwell, then they both headed up to the room they planned to share for the night and sleep.
Viola smiled brightly and happily as she talked and seemed to enjoy talking with Fallow, especially since she was close to her age.
Shadow and Crystal had both made it back to the house and were sound asleep next to each other in one of the corners of the kitchen.
Mavis and Marshall talked, softly, about the sleeping arrangements and whatnot. Mavis looked like she was about to pass out but Marshall seemed to be bubbling with energy. "There's um... the, uh... they keep money or something somewhere, I think. Have I already mentioned that? We can get a mattress or something, I guess," she mumbled, leaning into her hand. Marshall laughed lightly. "Go to sleep, Mav. You need it. There's a futon upstairs and two couches here, right?" He said kindly. Marshall scooped the last of his food into his mouth and took Mavis's plate for her.
"Thank you. Oh, and you two too... you cook nice," she mumbled, walking over to the couch and throwing a blanket over herself.
"I'll clean everything else. I'm the most awake, anyway," Marshall suggested, glancing quickly at all the empty crockpots and serving dishes that they had used.
