In ORAS,Rayquaza can Mega-Evolve by knowing the move Dragon Ascent right?And it can hold an item too.So i suggest,Mega-Able rayquazas should mega-evolve at lvl 70.When i got my Rayquaza in ORAS,I was able to mega-evolve it without mega stone.
Support or no support?

Actually, Rayquaza mega evolves because it eats a stone. I don't think it needs Dragon Ascent to mega evolve. I'm not sure how mega rayquaza works here, but it eats a stone. I heard that a rayquaza has to hold a green orb/stone to mega evolve.
I'm neutral on this.

It will be up to Riako to decide how Rayquaza mega evolves here.

I don't get it, Mega Rayquaza is just a Mega Rayquaza. Why do it have to be level 70?
Sure, ORAS Rayquaza does that but I am pretty sure Rayquaza is just.. Rayquaza here.

The method of evolution on this site isn't always the same as the regular games. Anyways, no support since that would only make it more difficult to obtain.
