Reference: Welp, it's pretty much a Houndoom holding this in its mouth, covered in a few odd paint sploges the same green as the green on the brush.

Since it is so small and awful, I will explain... Shiny Raichu Gijinka, a white tank-top under an short-sleeved orange flannel with brown stripes (like a Raichu), brown gloves, Raichu ears and tail, and long ombréd hair
Payment: 150k PD and a baby of choice from one of my dragon pairs in FR?
