What the title says, a feature that allows people for buying the
premium Herowalker for, I don't know, 3.5-4 Big Nuggets (the price
can be changed though). Anyway, if I decided the price, I'd put it
an equivalent to real money/nuggets, so its price would be ~0.85-1
Big Nugget.
The upgrade would be bought at the Herowalker page or at the Item
Shop, under the nuggets section.
Problems (and its solutions):
How can be "online" the trial version
and the full version if you bought the full version from PH that is
a separate entity than PlayStore?
For example the full version is deleted (from the playstore), so
the only version is the trial. The trial days are counted by the
account, and when they ends, it doesn't let you use the app
anymore. It detects when you have buyed the full version (with data
sent by the account to the app), and then let you use the full
version.
The problem is the people that already bought it, but that can be
solved with something that when you log in with the full version
(before it's accesible to everyone) it sends data to the account in
PH that says that he/she bought already the Herowalker.
I think this'd be a good feature to the people that doesn't have a
credit card to buy the APP from the playstore, and the nuggets
costs money to someone.
I don't know exactly how it works, but I'm pretty sure you purchase
the app from the app store, and not directly from Pokeheroes, so I
don't think this is actually possible.
I know, but I'm proposing a way to buy it with nuggets.
For example the trial version is erased, and the full version is
downloadable by everyone. The trial is counted by the account, and
when it ends, it doesn't let you use the app anymore. It detects
when you have buyed the full version (with data sent by the account
to the app), and then let you use the full version.
The problem is the people that already bought it, but that can be
solved with something that when you log in with the full version
(before it's accesible to everyone) it sends data to the account in
PH that says that he/she bought already the Herowalker.
Nuggets are a currency only used in Pokeheroes though, where as the
money spent to buy the app goes to the app store. It would be kind
of like me going to a store and trying to buy something using
Monopoly money. Nuggets are useless anywhere other than Pokeheroes.
I also know that, that's why I'm saying to delete one version of
the Play Store, and the other can be the trial (yeah, deleting the
full version would be better than deleting the trial version) and
you unlock the full version by actions you do in-game (buying the
HeroWalker with nuggets).
So remove Herowalker from the Play Store? That doesn't make any
sense, the Play Store is needed so that the app can run, or else it
would be like trying to play a dvd without a dvd player. We need
the play store to run the app, and the Play Store need real money,
not nuggets.
There are 2 apps of the HeroWalker in playstore. 1 is the trial and
the other one is the full paid version. I'm proposing to delete the
trial version and make the full version accesible to everyone (and
also works like the trial version the first 5 days), then force you
to buy the app with nuggets if you want to still use it. Is not
that complicated.
When you buy nuggets, the money goes to Pokeheroes. When you buy
Herowalker, the money goes to the playstore. So it would basically
be saying "I want to buy this from you, but I'm going to give the
money to someone else." It just doesn't work like that.
But the money don't "just go to Google (owner of playstore)", the
developer of the app gets money, why would developers monetize
their apps if they didn't get any money and get a lot less
downloads because it's not free?
No support,
To upload apps in the store, you need to buy a developer license
(wich cost's a tons), so it is be fair cause Riako had to spend
money to create the pokewalker for us.
Personally, I think Riako should take the time to figure out how to
program the app across platforms before even considering making a
nugget buyable feature for the app.
Why?
Because what you are suggesting doesn't seem possible.
In order to upgrade an app, all upgrades need to be done in-app.
Which means you can't just go onto the site and click buy for an
upgrade and have it apply to the application.
You're also suggesting to take away the app that was first added,
that plenty of users bought BEFORE a trial version was available,
and put them at risk to have to buy it again. (As I'm not sure if
there's a way to say "if you had X app, then you get Y in this App.
But there may be.)
Right now the app is only for Android phones. There are a couple of
other devices that it should be made for, since I know a fair
number of people prefer Iphones and Ipads to their Android
counterparts. And most people aren't going to go out and spend
hundreds just to get one application.
So, in case you can't tell, I don't support this suggestion. Plus,
Nuggets can be obtained for free on the site, if you do it right.
(I get 5 small nuggets every 5 days I'm online. I also play the
legend slots to get more small nuggets when I have over 5,000 GGCs
to spend, which usually gets me a few small nuggets. These add up
pretty quickly, but I do admit it would be easier to buy it if I
had the funds to do so.) So buying the app with nuggets is also a
possible way to take away some of the funds that Riako gets from
the app. Which he has stated that he made it a pay to use app
solely because of the developer's license. Making a way where users
can get it without spending real money means that he's no longer
making the money back that he already spent on the app.
Its an app on google play you can't buy google play apps with
nuggets that just doesn't make sense. I really wish users would re
read there suggetions before posting them.
Kitties! Riako has no idea what he unleashed with that update🙀
