You hack into the matrix and buy spray paint and then paint your Pokemon of choice. Let it set in the snow to harden and then wash it off. Now you have a shiny!

Repels are only held by trainers and you have to battle the trainer 120 times. even then its only a 4% chance

Breed mew with an unown, then breed the offspring with a ditto. Your game will crash when the egg hatched, but when rebooted you'll have a mewtwo.
