you need to throw it in the sky, and then throw the Pokemon's Pokeball in the ocean, and then you need to make all your Pokemon faint in battle, and then you need to put all your Pokemon in the Pokemon center's PC, and then destroy the PC, and then you need to strike your Pokemon with a thunderbolt.

You have to spam a 50 time while going in a circle and then gary oak will come and give u a starter magically
