1. If a Pokemon faints, it is considered dead and must be placed in the PC. It may only return to the party if an HM move it knows is required to progress.

2. 1 Pokemon caught per area, Dupes Clause applies. Scripted encounters don't apply, but the Pokemon fought may not be caught. If said Pokemon faints or the trainer flees, no other Pokemon may be caught. Only exceptions to this rule are Legendary or Shiny Pokemon, however, legendary Pokemon may not be used unless they are required to progress the story.

3. All caught Pokemon must be nicknamed after an Elder Scrolls character. What character it is named after is decided by repeatedly clicking the Random Page link on the Elder Scrolls wiki until a character with the correct gender corresponding to the Pokemon is found.

5. When in a Pokemart, the trainer may only buy either Pokeballs or Healing items from that specific Mart, once a choice has been made, it cannot be changed.
