Ah such a cutie ♥
A few things though - The eyes look a little too big, and the hair looks a little too flat ^^' The eyes aren't really such a big thing xD They look beautiful ♥ It's just the hair that could be made a little more 'volumized' I guess? I don't really know how to explain it to be honest, but I do hope you know what I mean haha xD

haha this was just a bored doodle after not drawing digitally for about a month o n o
thanks for your opinion! I don't really know about the eyes, I was trying to go for a cutesy look and generally those kinds of characters/drawing styles have big eyes. (but they are actually a little uneven, but i'm too lazy to fix it XD) I agree with your hair comment though, I think it could use more shading to be honest. But I'm just sorta experimenting with painting, I painted all the layers (on 1 layer per item) and I don't really know how to do it. Although, I don't even think this counts true painting since I use a lot of layers for the eyes and sometimes add effects xD. Thanks for the kind words ^^.
I don't really think I'm capable of teaching anyone haha. I think I've found my "style" or at least the way I like doing things now but I feel like that I've still got so much to improve on (well that goes for anyone). But I'll try to throw together a tutorial for you sometime then : D
