you know most of the trainers like to seprate their pokemon in their boxes on their type like kanto,jhonto etc. so why not when we buy a box ther can be a option like BOX 1 : kanto
BOX 2 jhonto etc.so it is better to do that then cheaking out the pokedex and which type it is

I didn't clearly understood what you said but I'll try to explain it.

Basically, you mean that something will be able to add the Kanto Pokemon that you have into the 'Kanto' Box, and Johto Pokemon in the 'Johto' Box and etc?

Sure, it takes a lot of work to separate Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, etc Pokemon. But it also takes a lot of work to 'Program' the thing to separate all this Pokemon, considering we only have 1 Programmer in this site, Riako.

I am neutral with this. Why don't you just do hard work and do it yourself? Just use some site that tells you the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos Pokemon, like Bulbapedia.

EDIT: Or, maybe you meant that when we buy a box, there are options to choose which region is allowed on that box. So when you want to add Pokemon to a specific box, it will tell you which Pokemon you have that you can transfer into these boxes. (of course, it will only tell you what Pokemon in that region is allowed to be in the box)

It's actually fairly easy to sort the boxes by region, since the Pokemon are ordered by Pokedex number within the different storage boxes :) So you don't have to check the Pokedex No. for every Pokémon; just a few so you can see where a regional list starts & ends.

you can check bulbedia and seribii for the numbers corrosponding to the dex-numbers to make kanto-sinnoh boxes :) then its jus a matter of checking the dex number of the pokemon
