I think that the shaymins(sky) should do what they do in the game at 5oclockam server time they will turn into sky shaymin (with a gracidiea of course) and turn back to ground shaymin at 8pm server time.

Why?
With the pokédex working like it does, that would make it impossible to complete your Dex before 5 a.m. or after 8 p.m.

There are no benefits to limiting a certain forme within a time frame as far as I can see (and a big downside)

No support, not only for reasons CatLady said, but also we have the item to evolve it (not sure if you were aware of the Gracidea flower or not. This item evolves Shaymin into Sky Shaymin and when you remove the flower the Sky Shaymin returns to normal.)

So no support as well, as it's already easy enough to have both Shaymins at the same time anyway if you have two of them and one Gracidea flower.

What's the point of this? How could we benefit from this? I don't see any benefits. If anything this is far from beneficial.

Why? If you have two Shaymin, just give one the flower and not the other, then you have both forms you can look at as you please.

Why would you want to make a dex entry unobtainable for any length of time during the day? Why would you want to make Arceus unobtainable for hours and hours on end, making it nearly impossible to get Arceus for certain users who can't be online except for during the "normal" Shaymin hours?

Why would you want to restrict what can be collected for the length of time?

Why would you want to make battles more complicated? (As I've seen a few good teams based around Shaymin having both grass and flying types on here)

Why would you want to hinder so many factors of the site? Just because it's what the actual game does? But that doesn't have nearly as many down sides to it as it does on the site.
Because it'd be neat to see it constantly changing forms?
Just take the flower off and put it back on for this.

Please, someone, explain to me why this should be supported in the least? (Not to be mean, but I honestly want a valid explanation just so it makes sense to me)

When the event is running, people trade and sell Shaymin frequently. There are users, like me, who get so many Shaymin through the event that it's hard to get rid of them all. (I have 4 in my landing box, plus one that's in my OC box, plus many that I traded off, so I probably got fifteen Shaymin during the course of the event, if not more. And two of the ones in my landing box are reserved for an art contest, so if users need it, they can enter the art contest. And I plan to raffle off the other two to users without any Shaymin at a later date)

So, to me, no it's not hard to have two.

There are currently 1864 Shaymin on the site (both forms) as well as the Shaymin who users got plushies out of, so there were enough Shaymin found during the course of the event that I wouldn't think it'd be too hard to find one or two for yourself. Plus, during the event, there were lots of Shaymin up for auction (The typical going rate being about 100K PD)

So, if you worked at it, no. I don't think it would be hard to get two. Especially not if you're still on the site next year, when it's probably to be back again.
