I (and a few others) are bugged by the fact people are buying so many Everstones that the stock goes down to zero in not more than about a 2-4 hours. Of what is extremely fast compared to berries and other evolution stones. The only editing this (I might be wrong, correct me if I am :) ) would be the value number of the stock of the Everstones.

I'm Neutral but Lean Towards Support. I've gone to the Item Shop to buy Everstones right as the Server Time switched into the next day, and within minutes, there is NEVER any left. And that is within minutes of the server going to the next day! I think it's ridiculous that everyone stockpiles them for themselves or sells them at higher prices. So I guess I support this.

I support this since I almost never get a chance to get everstones. At the very least it would be better to have another restock as being in different time zones means that you are less likely to be able to get everstones ever.

I support the way to have restocks on other hours too. Maybe less stock, but at least that everyone has the chance to buy Everstones, because I always miss the restock and when I look it's 0, and I need Everstones xD

I support. I got 100k PD worth of Everstones a while ago so I don't need them right now, but before that it was very frustrating that there were never any left in the shop :S Which was the main reason for me to buy a huge stockpile (500+) right after the restock (which is actually what causes this problem in the first place; sorry!). If there were more Everstones the problem would be solved, and it only makes sense since a lot of new people have joined the site and they all need their own supply of Everstones for Pokedex completing purposes. More people --> more demand --> more supply is how it should be in my opinion.

Well have you checked the store yet? There are tons of everstones in there right now, as we speak, just so you know.
