So, When i was in the daycare (shiny hunting bulbasoar) I put in 5k and in i think 30 minutes, it came up,

"Hey, uhm... I hate to say, but... Your deposit is depleted. Could you please spend me a visit and give me some more Pokédollar so I can continue taking care of your Pokémon?

Thanks!"

The normal message, right? Yes. isnt it 50 pokedollar per hour? What should i do to fix this because, I'm confused.

So you put the 5k 30 minutes ago and now it disappeared?

First of all, if you've two Pokémon in the Daycare is 100 PD each hour (50 PD per pokemon).
Are you completly sure that you deposited 5,000 pokedollars?
