Blossompaw trudged through the thick veil of mist. "Foxnose?" She called, gazing blindly for the ginger tom. "Come." Replied a deep, harsh meow. The ash-black apprentice padded until she saw the brilliant green eye of Foxnose, since the other one was scarred. "Just get on with it," Blossompaw hissed, her ears pinning back to her head. "I see StarClan has filled you with hatred." Mewed Foxnose. "So?" Blossompaw hissed.
"There are two other recruits--Lightkit of OasisClan and Beechpaw of StoneClan." The ginger tom meowed, ignoring her comment. "You recruit kits?" Blossompaw hissed sharply, in disbelief. "Why not?" Foxnose snapped. The apprentice grumbled, and followed her soon-to-be-mentor through the mist and crooked trees.
''you need to focus more'' she said.
''i'm trying!'' he hissed and tackled her to the ground pinning.
she flattened her ears.
''looks like getting you made makes you focus i guess..'' she muttered.
''uh, yeah.. that must be why i pinned you so easily'' he growled angrily.
he then perked his ears up as if realizing he pinned her.
''um... i-i...'' he stammered a little and silverflames ears pinned back.
both of them stared at each other awkwardly.
''can you um.. let me up please?'' she asked.
he move aside letting her sit up.
(boom, long rp)
''so.... you actually used to be a kittypet?'' brackenpaw asked.
she sighed and nodded.
''for a time at least... i was four moons when i left the longpaws.... i joined thunderclan and had been there till i became a warrior, but i left that clan.. to many kittypets and fights, so i then became a rogue and met blaze who has been my friend for a long time, and well.. here i am now, an oakclanner mentoring an apprentice who told me he was stuck as an apprentice ever sense he turned six moons'' she said in a teasing kind of tone.
his ears pinned back as if he didn't find what she said funny.
she tackled and pinned him chuckling.
''i'm picking on you brackenpaw, learn to laugh a little.. your a real stick in the mud, you know that right?'' she said with a grin on her face.
he flipped her over pinning her now.
''i'm a stick in the mud? your a stick in the mud'' he said chuckling.
she purred faintly in amusement seeing him blush.
he looked away from her trying to stop blushing but failing badly.
she reached her paw up, pulled his head down and licked his cheek purring quietly.
he looked at her wide eye'd now, blushing way more then before.
she blushed to, but she just looked at him smiling softly.
his shock faded as he started smiling now, purring faintly.
he let her up and they both walked to one part of the territory to look at the sky.
they sat down leaning against each other looking at the sky, both purring quietly as the sun set beyond the training field.
Blossompaw's claws hooked onto Foxnose's left hindleg, and she pulled, yanking him down. She lashed her hooked claws across his ginger-furred flank, her overgrown fangs sinking into his neck. She herself was quite bewildered, but she knew she'd eventually get the hang of it. Foxnose yowled into her ear on purpose, making her teeth grit and she yanked away. Her mentor gave a raspy chuckle, lunging towards her at a speed she had no chance at dodging.
He practically blew her down, pinning her by the shoulders, and raked his claws fiercely down her spine. Her teeth gritted, feeling the claws tickle down her spine.
She jerked to the side, only managing to spitefully throw him a bit of balance, but not enough to throw him off. "Enough training for tonight," Foxnose mewled as the dark forest began to fade away slowly.
Ravenclaw watched as the silvery she-cat trained the OakClan apprentice. Brackenpaw bowled towards Silverflame, but missed as the she-cat slammed him to the ground gently with a single paw. "You hesitate too much," Ravenclaw called out to the tabby apprentice, revealing her cover. "Its just not my kind of day," He replied. Ravenclaw snickered and padded out of the tree's disguise and at the training barrens.
''gosh.. does she always sneak around like that?'' brackenpaw asked.
''not really, but she does have her moments'' silverflame chuckled as she walked over to him.
she nuzzled his cheek purring faintly as he nuzzled her ear.
he suddenly knocked her over and chuckled.
''you got distracted...'' he purred quietly.
she blinked at him surprised.
''well played my apprentice... but not thinking about one slip up'' she said kicking him off and tackled him to the ground purring loudly.
both of them laughed for a bit.
The calico she-cat inspected their fighting wryly. "Brackenpaw, your not balanced enough." She noted aloud enough for Brackenpaw to hear. Her tail bashed against her flank idly as the two didn't even bother to notice when she slipped away, her paws crunching at the ground of the oak tree forest.
The wretched grey sky restlessly grumbled. The thick-layered blackened clouds were drug down by the heavy clumps of flailing water which it held in its delicate, wispy frame. The clouds that struggled to withstand the boulder of weight which the rain held gave in.
The rain poured down over StreamClan camp with a hardy roar of might. The sound of emptiness was disrupted by an astonishing boom of thunder. The cold icy rain pierced at the camp's floor, leaving muck that was squished by the clutter of pawsteps from the clancats. The quality of darkness shifted eerily in the sky, but the rain kept pouring. Blossompaw ruefully watched the disorientated chaos, her brilliant keen emerald eyes narrowed with disgrace.
A yawn slipped from an apprentice behind her, as a gruff meow came out. "Blossompaw, what are you doing up so--Whoa..." Murmured a meow of disbelief, as the sleek-furred light grey tabby tom-apprentice sat beside of her, as she stared still at the downpour.
"Your mentor came earlier and told me that your hunting training is cancelled, due to the rain." Meowed the ash-black apprentice, with a hollow tone as she watched the clutter in the dark sky. "Lucky you. My mentor's making me train out in this mess. 'It'll help with your hunting skills,', she said." Blossompaw mimicked, with a deep grumbled. "Blossompaw, I'm worried. You've been acting differently..." Jaggedpaw mewed, in a solemnly concerned tone. The apprentice scowled and trudged out into the open storm, her ears pinned back and her teeth gritted.
swiftpaw yawned as she woke up in the apprentice den.
''whoa... i slept through that storm..'' she murmured.
her brother patchpaw yawned and woke up slowly.
(and this is all i can think of...)
silverflame was still training brackenpaw in the training fields.
''you need to focus still, relax and actually fight like it were a battle'' she spat.
''i'm trying silverflame'' he said in a respectful tone, trying not to snap in anger.
