Because you have to replace the PERCENTAGE part with actual numbers.
For example,

That's because you're acutally using the BBcodes in the correct way. :b
Try putting
[center][spoiler].[/center][/spoiler]
[center][img]http://blog.flamingtext.com/blog/2015/06/20/flamingtext_com_1434782002_660110295.png[/img]
[/center]
at the end of your about me.
This whole glitch thing is about closing the BBcodes in the wrong order. So instead of going [ center][ spoiler]text[ /spoiler][ /center] you switch the last two ones. If you want your image / text outside the spoiler to be centered, you have to put a new [ center]-code.

Check if you're using the img tag and if you got the image's URL.
I believe that would be the only way to make it go wrong.
