"Back again, I see." Jaden said with a smile. The valkirie seemed to be doing well for being over booked with deaths or whatever you'd call it, and Jaden appreciated her work. She turned to the new enharji. "I'm Jaden... what's your name?" She held out her hand.

“Oh! I have something to show you guys!” Mack said, realizing he wasn’t very scared anymore. Mack took off his ring and showed them as it turned into a sword “Don’t know how, but when I arrived here, I had this. I’ll be using it in the daily battles I read about”

"Thats pretty cool!" Jaden observed the sword. It did, indeed look pretty cool, but the sword made her think of battling, which in turn made her thing of dying... which wasn't a pleasant thought. She averted her eyes from the sword, and placed a 3. "Uno!"

Remus briefly looked over. He didn't have a weapon yet...but to be honest, he was pretty done with fighting already. He didn't know that there were daily battles just yet. He played a +2

"Have you guys read the guide to hotel Valhalla?" Jaden asked. "It's really useful and answers a lot of questions. I found a copy in my room... if theres not one in yours, you can borrow mine." Jaden noticed Lorelei looking a little glum... how could she help? "If you need anything or want to talk, don't be afraid to come to me! I'll do my best to help," Jaden told everyone in the group, already feeling protective and enjoying everyones company. "We're all figuring stuff out together." She picked up some cards, and played a blue 4.

"It's a lot bigger than I'm familiar with," Jaden agrees. "But I like it; its fun to watch over the space. I don't know how... but the room's pretty much perfect for me... “I have an idea.” Mack said “at the fight tonight, since none of you particularly want to fight, you can stay in one small area with bows and arrows. You will be protected from melee attacks and I can guard the outside. Anyone comes near us, I kill them. That way, it’s more defense than offense. Sound good?”

"No way!" Jaden stood up, and put her hands on the table. "I'm not gonna let you team carry! I'll defend too. Your idea of finding a corner to protect us on all sides is a good idea, though. And besides, it's not exactly the fighting I don't want to do... if others are ok with it, I'll fight. Honestly, I just don't want to die again."
