Hoebi looked up at Tim and gritted his teeth. Great... he had to talk to someone else today... he managed to muster up the courage to speak clearly and sighed. “I-I found it on the floor...” he muttered as he stopped

Tim looks relived, then says, "well... thank you very much for finding that. do you know Sam? well, that is his notebook for all of his stories... he's been panicking about not having it, so you just saved me and the rest of his band a major annoyance." then, Tim looks around in the schoolyard, then sees Sam. "oh! there he is over there!" Tim says, "why don't you go give it to him?"
Sam continues to work on a story in a backup notebook,
wondering where his other notebook is. he was TERRIFIED of
losing the 13 YEARS of work in his other notebook.

Hoebi pursed his lips as he turned his gaze to the floor below him, trying to decide on what to do. He subtly shook his head to answer the first question, but wondered about the rest. He didn’t know Sma very well, but he was in a band? Interesting... he slowly looked over to the schoolyard and spotted Sam. He didn’t really want to talk to anyone else, so he just handed the notebook over to Tim and said nothing as he lowered his head and walked away. He knew he was being a bit rude, but that was the only solution he could think of.

Tim looks confused, then realizes that Hoebi is the one who pulled a knife on somebody
and people are spreading rumors about him around school. "is this about the whole 'Hoebi pulled a knife on someone'?" Tim asked, "if it is, lemme just tell you something; Sam told us he was THERE when it happened, and he believes that you did it in self-defense, so he isn't going to be mean to you. besides, Sam is probably the nicest kid i know."

Hoebi stopped and looked up at Tim, then sighed before closing his eyes and walking away. How did they see it as self-defense? He pulled the knife on them just for waking him up! That wasn’t normal in any way, and he didn’t really know how it could be seen as self-defense. Besides, he didn’t really care if Sam would be nice to him or not. It would just result in something bad, it always did.

Tim shrugs, then says," well, cya later, Hoebi!"
Tim runs off to give the notebook to Sam, hoping
that Hoebi doesn't take this TOO hard on himself.
Tim tosses the notebook to Sam, not stoping to say hi to
Sam. when Sam looks in his lap, his old notebook is there!
he looks so happy flipping through the notebook, making sure every page is in it.
however, there is a note on it. the note says:
"say thanks to a boy named Hoebi for finding it!"
Sam understands and realizes that Hoebi is the guy pulled a knife on someone.
Sam goes back to singing softly.

He sighs and continues on his way to class. Great... Just so great...

Kamini arrived at class just on time. She put her stuff down and sat silently.

Sam goes to his next class, which is actually the same one has
Kamini. he sits down, all by himself, then plugs in his headphones
and starts to work on his concepts for a book.

Astrid frowns. She looks in her pocket mirror. "Crud." she says, noticing the pizza sauce on her face. She opened her back pack,looking for a clean tissue. She sighs when she doesn't find anything.

Kamini looked over at Sam and smiled, still waiting for class to start. She still had that weird gut feeling from last night and it was really bugging her. She immediately got up from her seat and bolted out the door. She ran by the class teacher, but they ignored her. For some reason she felt like she should go to the boy’s restroom, which was pretty weird but she had to know. She slammed the door open and her eyes widened at the sight of Derick’s cold and lifeless body laying on the floor, covered in blood. She let out a very loud scream before clamping her hands over her mouth.

Hoebi heard the scream and immediately dropped everything and went to see what happened. He arrived at the scene and had an identical reaction to Kamini. Instead of a scream, it was a short gasp. “W-What the...” he muttered as he stared at the horror in front of him.

A very unusual bell was heard from the intercoms, like it was signaling something. Shortly after the bell ended, the administrator’s voice was heard. “Ladies and Gentlemen, I have excellent news for you!” Every student who hadn’t heard the scream instantly began to chatter with excitement. Being the students they were, they thought school was ending quite early. Suddenly, thumps and clicks could be heard all around the building. The doors leading to the outside were covered in thick plates of metal, the windows were covered, everything. The entire school was on lockdown. Everyone began to panic and scream, wondering what was going on. “Now now, no need to panic! This is only just getting you ready for the game!” A small chuckle could be heard shortly after. “Guess what? A body has been found! Isn’t that so exciting?” The Admin giggled with amusement and excitement.

Astrid ran towards the scream. She saw Dericks body and bit on her tongue so hard it bled. Her eyes widen. "Oh my god." she says. She hears the announcement. "OH MY GOD." she says louder.


Mallory hears the announcement and takes a deep breath. She pulls her Ipod out. "TAKING SONG REQUESTS!" she yelled so everyone could hear her. She starts playing the music.



Aurora gasps as all her friends begin to scream. She looks around in panic. "The murderer is here then." she says.

Luke, who has the violin with him, starts playing music to calm himself, even if it means his big secret is out. He didn’t want to die, and he started playing fast music, being very worried.

Barry, up from reading his book, is just in shock. “What the h**l.” he said, and he never cursed. Ever.

"A body!? What?" Casity stops walking. Her eyes widen and she looks around as if she expects someone to suddenly jump out and attack her. "What is the meaning of this!?" She shouts, even though the admin won't hear her. Were they seriously going to trap them in a building with a murderer!?

Willow is sitting in the girl's bathroom when she hears the sudden scream. She jolts in surprise, which causes her to scratch her pencil across the paper. She glares at the door. What kind of drama is happening now she wonders to herself. Her blood runs cold when she hears the announcements. The bathroom suddenly gets dark when the window is boarded up.

The intercom goes silent as the students are left alone to see the crime. The clocks on the school walls (digital) suddenly change to a 2 hour countdown with no other instructions. Kamini is still standing in horror at the sight while Hoebi began to look around the room. He knew what this was... They were clearly supposed to investigate the crime scene and get clues...

Sam hears the announcement, then, he says to himself, "we're all going to die... Holy Sh**, we're all going to die" Sam's bandmates look shocked at the fact that Sam cursed, but they are ALL scared to death.

Casity walks towards the commotion. Her eyes land on Derick's lifeless body. She gasps suddenly, holding her hands up to her mouth. She steps back a few steps, tears filling her eyes. She heard the stories of Derick. He wasn't a good kid. But she still didn't like seeing him dead. She turns away from the body, and glances at the clock. "When that reaches zero-" she gulps. "Will someone die?"

Willow steps out of her stall, walking over to the next bathroom. She glances inside to see Derick's body. She flinches at the sight, but other than that, she knows no other reaction. She has no remorse, this boy has tortured her for awhile. He got what was coming to him

Derick's pulse. he shakes his head and says to everyone, "yep... he's dead. even worse, i think he's been murdered."

Luke just realized something. Kamini wasn’t in his class and he didn’t know who the murdered person was. He calls her, hoping she answered and wasn’t dead. “Please pick up, I pray please pick up.” he said to himself.

Barry was pacing around the room, wondering what to do.

Hoebi had quickly recovered from the shock, but his hands were still shaky. Derick never bothered with him anyways so he didn’t know much of what he was like. He took the knife out of his body and examined it. It was 10 inches long, not your casual kitchen knife. From what he could tell, it wasn’t just some random kid that had grabbed a knife and got their revenge, but it was someone who was prepared to murder. He glanced over to the side and saw faint footprints. They were only visible due to the sticky residue left on the shoe, so the area they recently had been in must’ve been a messy and popular area. He noticed a small ribbon of confetti, confirming his suspicions on the location the murderer was before the murder. The party... Wow, he never knew he was so good at this stuff

Kamini had left her bag in the classroom when she had ran to the scene, so she didn’t have her phone on her. She stared at the body, still unable to get over the shock

"No kidding" Willow tells Sam's member. She flushes up when she realizes that people would be looking at her. "Look at this body... he has obviously been stabbed" she walks over and stands by Hoebi. She glances over at the knife and confetti. "Can we try to barge into the office? Maybe we can look at the security tapes? Do you think that was taken from the cafeteria?"
