Hoebi sighs and puts the notebook in his bag, then continued to walk to the cafeteria. He almost bumped into Suvansh and Tarin along the way. “S-sorry...” he muttered before continuing to walk away. Wow... Just one event changed him forever. He used to be rude and joked around a lot, now he acted so vulnerable and wimpy...

Sam has a free period, so he goes out to a bench in the schoolyard and sings softly.
he hopes nobody can hear him, as he feels like that would be embarrassing to
have people listening to him. thankfully, nobody seems to hear him. he continues to sing
the song "Happier" by Marshmello and Bastille.

Mallory ignores everyone as usual. She turns her music on and hums her songs, occasionally making sure no teachers were watching her.

Mallory doesn't notice any one pass her. She sits down somewhere and plays her music. She has a text book open in case a teacher notices her and asks her what she's doing.

Luke sees the book and his mouth opens wide. “You read it too.” he said and smiles. He likes Maple already. He dumps his backpack and has the whole series in it. “I’ve read them so many times. They’re like the best series ever.””
