What program do you use?: i use Pixlr, its not really a program, its a browser thingy, but could you please tell me a real program that you can do animations with?
Would you like to be critiqued?: I really dont care what people think about my sprites as long as i liike them, so yeah, you can critisize my stuff (Y)

I still use pixlr. Use Ezimba.com to animate.
You know how to do accessories right? I know you can make basic fusions. Those are the two things you need for PokeSonas.
Let's pretend I'm a customer in your shop ordering a PokeSona.
Assignment for PokeSona:
Could you maybe make me a Weedle as base fused with Chikorita? And can you make its eyes closed? Thank you! :)

Okay, so, you snatch a Pokemon sprite.
Try to get a sprite that has its mouth open, or is more dramatic
than others. Here is your accessories to use. You can also choose
to close its eyes or keep them open.
Spotlight!
This should go behind the Pokemon, right under the feet.
Microphone!
This should go in front of the Pokemon, not touching it, but not too far from the mouth. You can also shorten it depending on the size of the Pokemon.
Music note!
This should go on the upper left part of the Pokemon right above the microphone.
