there are several players here in ph which we can call us "shiny hunters" whose one of the goal in playing the game is to collect all shiny pkmns. (and im one of them :D)
but as i look on my missing shiny pkmn list, i noticed that Mewton M. Meowth and the harvest sprite are still there even though they are currently no shiny versions of them.
idk if riako already have a plan, but it would be an annoyance in the future if thatll continue.... i mean it can be pretty irritating to see that u didnt obtain a shiny pkmn which is literally unobtainable...

i think they can be three solutions for this,

first, remove the harvest sprite and Mewton M. Meowth from the shiny list...

second, make a shiny Mewton M. Meowth and harvest sprite:

Mewton M. Meowth
a. just like the retro eggs, there are slightly higher chance that in everytime u purchase a
Mewton M. Meowth egg, ull get a shiny.
b. just like the 3 legendary cats/dogs and manaphy, a shiny version can be bought in the shop.
c. just like the 20 M event, make an event that can guarantee a shiny pkmn..
d. other alternatives
(however among the four, i prefer a)

Harvest Sprite
a.sure rainbow is good as a reward but to me, its just junk (no offense but to me all non-shiny
pkmn -except some of course, are junk). what if in everytime we obtain rainbow he/she will
give as an egg of any of the seven sprite that is guaranteed a shiny.... and then the sprite will
hide again, and we need to find them again, and when we find rainbow again, he will then give
another egg of another sprite (except the first one he give) which is guaranteed shiny. when
we all find all 7 shiny sprite, the sprite will hide again (or there could be a more harder event)
to get shiny rainbow.

opposing questions
a. by the time we got shiny rainbow, then we will going to have 8 of each sprite which is a
waste n storage since they are trade-lock?
answer:well, that can solved.
a. everytime the sprite hide, their pkdex number will be lost, so in the end, u will only going
to have 1 of each at the end.
b. on the first hide, the sprite will give u an egg, however on the second and last batch they
will not anymore gives u one, so in the end u will going to have one of every kind.
c. other alternatives.
b.is it very hassling to find the harvest sprite again and again?
answer: personally i think is not, but on the contrary, its what makes the harvest sprite
challenge challenging and dynamic... i mean, in todays times, once u get all sprite, u will
now come to an end. and finish! however by using this, the fun and challenge will
continue... and besides who wouldnt want a shiny pokemon? and its totally optional to
players to get the shiny versions.
b. other alternatives.

third, of course is other alternatives...


(honestly, among the three i prefer the second )
