Tiger looked up, and blinked. He got to his feet, and made his way
to the man on stage. What will I get? he thought to himself
silently, and looked up.
Holly nods and takes the box. With the same silence she heads back
to where she stood leaning against the wall earlier. She sits and
examines the contents of the box carefully. She looks at Sorrow and
nodded. "I'm fine thanks. Just not much of a talker." She replies
calmly.
"Tiger, you've shown a talent in close-ranged swordfighting. We
have a hero for you to represent," He stepped back and grabbed a
green box. "We have assigned you to represent Link. We wish you
good luck in your fight. Next up, Sorrow."
Sorrow tucked the locket back inside his shirt, shuffling his hair
out of his face. He slowly made his way up to the stage. Keeping
his mind sharp, but his face calm.
Tiger nodded, and took the items. He then went back to sit down,
once he was back in his seat he looked at the items that came in
the green box. He was half paying attention to the next person to
get their items.
(lol XD [funny thing is I was going to make Tiger a pokemon
trainer, but when I was creating his personality a long time
ago...I based him more off Link from OoT])
"Sorrow, you too are a good swordsman. We have a hero for you to
represent," He stepped back and grabbed a longer box. "We have
assigned you to represent Regret. We wish you good luck in your
fight. Next up, Dirk Knight."
He nodded, "Thank you," He took the box and stood back next to
Holly, "My Uncle, I represent him." He opened the box, putting on
the strap, and securing the scabbard on his back, sheathing the
sword. "So, as you heard, I'm Sorrow. Nice to meet you."
"Dirk, you've shown skill in... Digging. We have a hero for you to
represent," He stepped back and grabbed a crate. "We have assigned
you to represent Shovel Knight. We wish you good luck in your
fight. Next up, Nexa."
Holly nods to Sorrow. "I'm Holly." She replies as she sorts her
gear out. Her handguns holsters in her coat, her shotgun holster on
her back with her sword sheath horizontally strapped on her lower
back.
(I was going to have a character represent Velvet from Tales of
Berseria. Or Dnte from devil may cry. But I am unsure.)
"So, do you know if we get sent back to our worlds? Or we fight
together? Because, well... Cousin Chael and General Lu have
everything under control back home. Besides, my abilities could
never compare." He looked at the guns and sword. "So, you're a
gunslinger, huh?"
Tiger sat in his seat, and pulled the sword out of the box. He
studied it, and smiled slightly. He pulled the sword's sheath out
of the box, and put it on. He placed the sword into the sheath, and
looked around the auditorium to watch the ceremony continue.
"Mercenary." Holly replies. "And I think we may fight together. Or
a little of both." She thinks on that one before sighing. "I guess
we'll have to wait and see."
"Nexa, you've shown no skill in combat, but rather a talent of
pacifying your sparring partners. We have a hero for you to
represent," He stepped back and grabbed a rather small box. "We
have assigned you to represent Frisk. We wish you good luck in your
fight. Next up, Mira Tonak."
"Merc, well, I guess you're in my occupation class, I'm Freelance.
Minus the money of course. I do it for the Order." He sighed, "My
Uncle, Regret, he had quite the background. He was found on the
battlefield by a man by the name of Dupre, soon after Dupre
retired, taking the name of Pardon. He trained from time to time
with Regret, but, one day came where Dupre was killed by a
commander from the Dragon Clan." He took out the locket, opening it
and handing it to Holly, "This was taken thirteen years ago, a week
before my father's death. I can't remember his face, but my Uncle
Regret is the one holding me on his shoulders."
