Elvira entered the room, wallet in hand, and eyes fixated on the scene before her. The delivery guy was sopping wet and Roxy was rushing for a towel. Had it started raining? How would he have gotten so wet just coming from the car? Tow truck? He must've broken down... "I can stay with him," She chuckled watching her friend buzz about.

"El? Is that short for something?" Tony, the delivery guy asked. "Yeah, Elvira." He smiled at the reply, not stepping forwards since he'd get the floor wet. "That's a nice name, I don't think I've ever heard it before," This comment made El smile a little. "Thanks, Tony." When his name was spoken it made him scrunch his face in confusion. "How do you know my name?" El simply motioned to the name tag on his shirt. He blushed a bit since he forgot he had it on. "Oh, yeah, right," He was totally screwing up any chance he had with her. In his eyes she was definitely attractive, but so was the other girl whose name he had yet to get.

Roxy hurried back in with a towel and handed it to the young man. "Have you called someone about your car? Or did you leave your phone in it so it wouldn't get wet? I've got my cell so we can call a tow truck and you can call up your boss if you'd like. To explain what happened. Elvira, if you are getting the pizza, I am going to get the tip."

"No, I hadn't called anyone yet, and I left it in the car because I left it in a hurry. I'll call my boss first and let him take care of calling in the tow truck and getting me a taxi or having another employee come get me." Tony took the towel and began drying out his hair making it spike up in a pretty amusing way.

"Roxy, you got the groceries, so this is mine, all of it, tip included." Elvira scolded playfully. "So, how much is the pizza?" She turned to ask Tony, who was watching Roxy. "Hmm? Oh, uh, what time is it?" Elvira glanced at the clock on the stove across the room before answering. "8:23." Tony smiled slightly. "It's free, I didn't make it in time, so it's free." El had pulled out a $20 and was staring at him blankly. "Well, the tip isn't free, so," She pulled out a $10 and offered it out to him along with the $20. "You went the extra mile and delivered the pizza still hot,"

"I am with Elvira on that. You would have if your car didn't brake down on you. Thank you for bringing it all to us still warm! Here," Roxy said, smiling as she offered him her phone to use. "And we split the groceries, El. And they weren't as much as pizza. But I have a feeling I'll get you back sometime later," she added, nudging her friend with her shoulder playfully.

Elvira waited until he had taken the money before tossing her wallet onto the couch and turning to face Roxy. "Unless I get you again," She smirked before heading into the kitchen to put a pot of water on the stove. "Hey Tony, do you want some tea to warm you up?" She called out before returning to the room her eyes carefully watching Roxy to make sure she wasn't trying to replace the money with her own.

Roxy gave her some innocent puppy eyes as she leaned against the wall. "If you aren't a tea fan, there is hot coco as well," Roxy told him.

Tony smiled through his blush while holding Roxy's phone. "Thank you, both. Either or works. If you have something sweet in terms of tea, I'll have that. Otherwise hot chocolate sounds good. So...you two live here with your boyfriends or...?" He ventured, wondering if either was dating. Best figure out first before he made a fool of himself and look like a jerk.

Elvira smirked at the look she got from Roxy, but it changed into a simple smile as she looked to Tony. "Darjeeling is pretty sweet, and I believe we have some of it," Elvira chuckled slightly and blushed at the thought of living with her boyfriend, and Roxy, and her boyfriend. "And no, it's just us here. Neither of us has a boyfriend," Her smirk returned as she glanced at Roxy. "Unless you hid him somewhere," She giggled as she went back into the kitchen to set out the mug and tea bag onto the counter. "You don't have to keep standing there Tony, there are chairs here in the kitchen."

Roxanne laughed, leading Tony to the kitchen so he could sit. "You caught me. He's hiding in the broom closet. So secrete, I didn't even know until you pointed it out," she teased, the shook her head. "Nope. Just us girls."

"Really? Must be nice. Just a couple of friends, getting to do as you please. You both probably have to fend off unwanted attention wherever you go," Tony said, attempting to be charming. He see the towel on the chair before sitting so he wouldn't ruin it.

Elvira crossed her arms across her chest as she leaned against the counter with a nod. "Actually yeah, a couple days ago we had a couple of cat-callers bother us, but uh," She chuckled. "It was handled." She ended in a soft smile. "Yeah, we generally do get to do as we please, and it's really quite nice here." She had caught the underlying message in Tony's statement of 'unwanted attention' however, she interpreted it more as a having to discourage guys from hitting on them simply for their lack of a boyfriend.

Roxy wasn't entirely sure where he was going with this but politely smiled as they waited for the water to boil. "How about yourself? Is your girlfriend going to be worried about you?"

"Glad they were dealt with. I try to stop that kind of stuff when I see it," he said to Elvira. Tony chuckled and shook his head. "Unless she happens to be one of you ladies, no such luck on that front."

"We definitely are a bit concerned about you, so you might want to make that phone call to your boss so they know what's going on and so you don't get fired," Elvira began to blush furiously as Tony made his intentions known. She turned to the stove to hide the blush and poured the water putting the tea bag into the mug.

Tony blushed slightly, nodding before standing and making the call. He hoped he hasn't scared them off. But judging by Roxy's expression, he might have overstepped a boundary. She didn't look mad at him,just surprised and protective of Elvira.

Roxy had felt a flush of jealousy when Tony had made his intentions known. And when Elvira blushed and looked away, she felt a bit sad. Maybe Elvira liked him back. She shouldn't feel jealous and certainly not upset. Elvira wasn't hers, nor where they dating. She should be happy if Elvira started to date him.

No one had truly tried to nicely hit on her. El really had no idea how to respond to this. He was cute and all, but she didn't really know anything about him. She wasn't really the kind of person to just hook up with someone on the fly like this. She didn't want to hurt his feelings either, and she did like Roxy too, but, what should she do? She could, yes, that's what she'll do. Once Tony was done with his call Elvira handed him the tea after sweetening it with some sugar. "J-just so you know, I uh, we're," She was blushing and stumbling over her words so much so that she paused and took a breath before trying again. "Tony, you do seem nice, so I don't want you to get the wrong impression about me, that I'm mean or something, and no, I don't have a boyfriend, but we're, we're uh..." She was motioning to Roxy and herself, trying to convey the message that they were a thing. El planned on making this up to Roxy later if only she'd go with it now.

Roxy blinked but hid her surprise as she wrapped an arm around Elvira's waist. She hoped that wasn't invasive. She figured it played along with what Elvira was saying and if she was honest, she really liked putting her arm around El's waist.

Tony smiled a bit, nodding. "I'm sorry. I had kind of gotten the vibe you two might be together. I thought I would give it a try. Couple of nice, thoughtful girls? Not mad I didn't bring the pizza on time and concerned with my situation? Clearly you are both a catch. Just caught by each other. Sorry. So... My boss said he'd get things together but a tow truck should be here to pick me up before going to get the car. Mind if I hang out here for a few minutes?"

Elvira smiled happy that Roxy was going with it, and happy for the contact. To be completely honest with herself, she did like it and find comfort in it. She blushed at the string of compliments, though she did feel a bit bad for tricking him. Perhaps after a time she wouldn't have tricked him? "No need to apologize, you were much kinder than others have been," She chuckled slightly remembering the cat-callers. "It's not a problem with me," She looked down to Roxy, before jumping slightly at the beeping from the oven. "That's my vote anyways, I'll take care of that." She patted Roxy's hand that was on her hip before sliding out of her grasp to go remove the brownies from the oven.

Roxy grinned, nodding. "Pretty sure the ovenbjust decided. You've got to try a brownie. They are just-well, as just brownie a Reeses peanut butter brownie is just a brownie. You are welcome to have one, if you'd like," she said.

Elvira set the dish on the stove and got a knife to cut the grid pattern and loosen up three brownies. She put each one on a paper towel before handing them off. "Just be careful since they just came out," She smiled as she walked over to stand right next to Roxy before blowing on hers and taking a bite. She hummed in delight. "Oh that is gooood,"

Roxanne giggled. "They have peanut butter and chocolate. That is one of, if not the best food combo ever," she said, blowing hers to cool it off before taking a bite as well.

Tony groaned, savoring the delicous brownie. "Pretty sure you guys should start up a business and sell these. They are by far the best I have ever had."

"Very cool. But nah, I think I should be good. I should head out for the tow truck. So he can spot me. Thank you, Elvira and Roxy. It has been nice taking with you both. Enjoy the pizza and the rest of your night," Tony said, handing Roxy the phone and towel.

"You're welcome. Be safe and maybe we'll see you next time we get pizza," Roxy said, stepping towards the door to get it for him.
